    What I find really fascinating is relationship between one-carbon metabolism and metal homeostasis - especially iron homeostasis. I think that would be a great webinar topic. Another interesting topic would be Lipocalin 2 and neurodegenerative diseases.

    Watch out for methyltetrahydrofolate for b9 and methylcobalamin for b12.

    It seems exercise does not extend life. is it because it burns glycine to produce more gsh ? Can exercise and glycine supplement work synergisticly to increase lifespan ?

      First, the point is that the first goal is extension of health span.
      Second, most studies regarding exercise are not properly designed, and simply use the distinction 150 min of activity per week.
      Third, the correct type of exercise has clearly been shown to improve mitochondrial health throughout the body. without imposing detrimental oxStress
