U can do it just get all skill id (buff) and add to the archive config /character / ... Add id skill and modify the time and then u have buff x2 hours o more its easy

Você não viu corretamente o tutorial na parte do L2Cli então, se não sabe oque escreve no pompt. 11 - Install the Database: 23:14, e tbm não viu a descrição do tutorial!
Eu não uso Visual Studio, você precisa ir no Discord para verificar alguém que use o mesmo, se se é possível isso, provavelmente não é possivel.

@@Maneco2 testei ontem o vscode e consegui compilar o loginserver. Já no eclipse tive problema pra compilar o gameserver (no vscode tbm), segui seu vídeo, porém usei as versões mais recentes do jdk e eclipse e recebi erros enquanto tentei compilar. Vou usar a mesma versão que vc usou. Valeu a resposta.

Consegui, era a versão do jdk. Estava com a 16 e baixei a mesma que vc usou 14.0.1

When I tried to open l2jcli it doesn't work... After that hexid did not created... and the start login and start game doesn't work...
JDK16 or your configuration in files are wrong, check again the part of tutorial, no have any problem.

close eclipse, delete all plugins folders in C:\Users\USER\ open eclipse again, try.
