Then take all you data in hdd and
Go to setting -- update and recovery -- Recovery -- keep my files

Open network setting, if the window closes try again but this time quickly click on change adapter options, then close the window that pops up, then on the settings status page click network reset and reset your drivers. That should fix it worked for me.

Call to Custer care center backed team they will solve it by taking ur laptop access
If not then u have to change ur wifi card
