What instincts or those, bc the heel and toe patch are both different from the instinct Sr and the instinct s, so it's not just a recolor, did Aidan get them resoled with a different toe and.heel patch, or this is a new scarpa shoe?

is the seated dumbbell external rotations really the only thing Aidan does for shoulders? I know the climbing demands that capacity, but it seems mad that you could build that capacity for high load at odd angles just by climbing alone. Maybe that's what makes Aidan beastly, just being able to adapt really quickly to these demands?

I'm not sure of everything he does, but there will be other things than just the external rotations. But I think the bulk of it is climbing based 💪
