- In this episode, I was lucky enough to get to film a training session in Dan Varian's home training room with Dan and Aidan. Dan is not only a highly accomplished climber but is also one of the founders of Beastmaker and has been very influential in the way people train for climbing.

Now i kinda want so see how these climbers make their holds ! i remember Jim talking about one he made for Will and some of Aidan’s homemade ones, i think it be interesting to see how they make them !

doing a lot of barefoot climbing at the homewall as well, especially for warmup. a great primer to get the feed going

Love the chilled vibes, really matched Dan and 'A'Dan's vibe. Strong on the Inch DB Sam! I've not managed the 72Kg yet. Can rep the 64Kg ok normally.Will try the 'one side only' approach.

Dan's is a replica one, so I think is a touch lighter, but close to that
