Thank god for TH-cam so we can all benefit from teachers like you. I never thought this stuff would make sense to me and now it totally does. Thank you!
Thank you for the feedback. Always a difficult balance to think about balancing depth of knowledge with length of video. And this is my opinion about how much detail we need to go into in an AP biology course (or an introductory biology course at university). Others may disagree or go further.
So it is either the cell works with the normal rate of transcription, stop it or make it go faster. can't the cell slow down the process without completely stopping it? I can't see a possibility from what I have seen right now for the cell to do that. by the way that was a great video. It was very helpful. Thank you!
Hello how to intensify production GABA (Gama Amino Butaric Acid )protein? Because benzodiazepine reduce production. As I understand Benzodiazepine alternate or modify expression. TY
Well, that goes quite beyond my broad introduction here. Some quick research shows me that benzodiazepines do indeed affect GABA receptor proteins but I don't see anything about changing gene expression here for benzodiazepines. GABA isn't exactly a protein anyway that would be coded for a gene ... it is the product of a certain metabolic pathway that involves several protein enzymes, but I don't see benzodiazepines affecting the genes that code for these enzymes.
cAMP binds to CAP which binds to RNA polymerase which increases RNA polymerase's affinity to bind to the activator....cAMP doesn't bind to RNA polymerase O_O

loquitakat Thanks for your support - it's great stuff too, with lots of current research going on here
No words to express how valuable and crucial this video was for my exam prep!
Amazing Sir :)
Just learnt the whole gene expression within 19 minutes. Thanks alot.

"Let's start with pretty pictures, I created these all by myself"- Oh man you're killing me, great video Prof!
Very clear and easy to understand. The animations definitely help visualizing this stuff! Thanks so much for making this available!
Never really got gene regulation until I saw this video,, Awesome instruction!
Thank you so much Mr. Bleier!
Great visuals and great narration. Will recommend!
Amazing video, clear, smart explanation
THANK YOU SO MUCH! This video is the best video on youtube about this subject. You actually saved me.
thanks man this will help me to go through the most annoying class (for me) in Med school. Subscribed!
wow, this video. It's got all the basics, examples, everything is explained, and the importance is highlighted :D Thanks for that voice!! :3
Thank you so much. 👍👍
Well organized.
Now I have organized information about regulations of gene expressions.
Thank you so much! I finally came to an understanding of this concept. ^^
Such great video, thank you very much for doing such a good job teaching this. I now understand!
Easy to understand! So helpful. Btw, good voice!
Weitao Chen Thanks for your support
Thank You So Much! I Love You Man! U cleared my Concepts,,,,, Ummaah
GREAT explanation! Thank you!
awesome explanation.....thank you
Thank you!!!! It really helped me a lot, great video and explanation very clear. Regards form Colombia :)
thank you for making it clear, i was confused about it during my reading
Thanks - this is a tough, but crucial topic in our modern understanding of genetics
Thank you, explained very well.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! 😭(tears of joy)
thanks a lot Professor
very helpful video
u should make another video and give more details , that would be great

thorough lesson
Great video
Thank you - this is a very exciting area in cell biology right now.
Thank sir it really worked nice for me..
you are a lifesaver
Thank you! This was so helpful :)

really good!!! thanks
its really helpful thank y 🤗
can any one help in this Q why is it important regulate which gene are actively expressed and which are not being used ?
I make several arguments for the importance of regulating gene expression around 00:47 of the video
the best of the best
Nice video
Isaias Gutierrez Thanks for your support
THANK YOU
thanks it helped me alottttt
🐐
thanks ♥

Genius! I finally understand this shit!
Am I the only one who can't listen what he is saying? The volume is sooooooooo low
80th Like!
eeh i wish my english was better so i could understand better
Too basic.. Would have been better if it was a bit in detail.
But very helpful thanks a bunch
