Fun fact. Exo did some fan services like this one. Whenever they are in a certain country, they do their best to sing atleast a local song for the fans on that certain country. Imagine the effort they put on just to sing the native language of their fans? They see to it that their diction and pronunciations are on point.
And mind you, these dorks are sooooo Humble! You wouldn't see them braging about being Kings of Kpop 3rd gen and Vocal Kings of their gen. They always strive perfection in their every performance. They become the standard of new kpop group. Amazing vocals, synchronized dancing, rapping melodically or we call it rapsinging and no visual holes. Their MVs are good but they sing best in live! They are a group that can sing without MR and autotune.

You can see on their sns correcting and guiding them fans how should they act accordingly with manner,they saying it on how a dad correcting his son. They value the fan's safety and health the most. How can we unloved this kind of idol?
That is actually the case for the kpop industry tho. Especially when music shows such as music bank hold a concert outside korea, there will always be collabs btw idols to sing local songs. Every other idol has done this for their concerts too

As an American of Mexican decent, I am humbled and honored by EXO’s homage to the Mexican music by singing “Sabor A Mi”. They sang it FLAWLESSLY. All the hours they spent practicing was not in vain. EXO rolled their “rr”, that is not easy to do, especially for non- Spanish speaking 🥰
“Sabor A Mi” (Taste of Me") is a 1959 Bolero by Mexican composer and singer Alvaro Carrillo. It was internationally popularized by the Mexican trio Los Panchos. Since its creation, the song has been covered by several artists, including among them Eddy Gormè and Mexican singer Luis Miguel.
Chenyeol, who plays guitar, I’m sure had to dedicate additional hours to practice and learn the Requinto guitar, which too, he played FLAWLESSLY.
The Requinto guitar is now especially popular in Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America. In Mexico it is used in Trios Románticos.
It was first introduced in popular music in 1945 by Mexican guitarist/vocalist Alfredo Gil of romantic music trio "Los Panchos”.

After I watched that video I became an EXOL lol! also I agree with you guys about what kind of music should make a comeback. I do think it can make a comeback. I think now and then ballads and simple songs make it to the charts like with Selena's last song, making number one with a song like that is a first. I do love EXO cause I feel like they can do both. They can give us performance, dance and visuals but also vocals and acoustic moments. And I actually think sometimes I love them more live than in the CD!
