After shortlisting the songs for an SM album through a blind test, SM buys those demo versions from them & then Korean lyricists work to write the Korean lyrics for those finalised songs. Just like this, Rose was an English demo song in the first place & D.O. himself solely wrote different korean lyrics for it to sing the korean title track. Si Fueras Mia was a spanish demo song & by changing its lyrics and title to korean, a new song called "It's Love" was released. That's why the eng & spanish lyrics do not match the lyrics of the korean versions as SM tends to change the complete meaning of the songs to make it suitable for their own standards, particular album concept & korean audiences. (Best example - the korean lyrics of Exo's song 'The Eve' is totally different from its original english demo song's lyrics.) About the original english & spanish demos for the 2 songs, D.O. said that he liked the lyrics and feelings upon listening to them the first time. So he sang them as bonus tracks to be special gifts for his fans.

Kyungsoo is really so good in singing in english and spanish because there's a lot of consonants, vowel, dipthongs and stress and all that in those languages that doesn't exist in korean language. He did not struggle at all especially on the words existir and salvacion I was surprised he sang those so clearly! Those words could be tricky to the tongue for a person who is not at all familiar to the language and yet here he is sounding like a fluent speaker! I am really impressed 👏🏼

This song swept me off my feet. It like came out of nowhere, halfway thru the album and this happens. I already love the Korean song. but it was so beautiful when he sang in Spanish adds more feeling and warmth to it with the romantic language. Made me cry! How he sang it too was so full of feeling and heartbreak but its so good!! Im glad to know how he did in his pronunciation, he is indeed one of a kind. Ive been waiting for your reaction coz this is my fave in the whole album!

The album didn't just contain Korean but also Spanish and English. He did so well in English, I can understand him very well. And seeing Spanish speakers saying he did a great job with a Spanish song makes me happy.
