Do you add bar weight along with plates when you dl? I’ve been going to the gym for 3 months now and my trainer told me to count plates+barbell (20kg) when i deadlift. I deadlift 120kg if you count 20kg barbell.

I was always having to pull my fiance from his workout or rest days just to come help me load and bring the barbell down. Thank you for this. This is great. 🙏🏽

My weights are medal and they dont fit on the bar right so when I dead lift they fall to the side and I don’t know how to fix it

Yes, always add the bar weight. For every barbell exercise.
