40psi hot and -3 camber and you still got a lot of shoulder wear. I think the AD09 might wear better having stiffer carcasses. This way you can run 30-35psi hot and probably get similar lap times and longer life. You might even be able to drive to the track and home again.
None like this. But I have taken A050s to the track and RE003s back in the day (lol would not do the latter again). I would be running A050s rather than A052s if they came in a size that would work for my wheels and brakes. But no. After I did the brake upgrade A050s were not an option.
great channel!!

AD09 would wear very much better I expect. But where is the fun in not have to change all your tyres before and after a track day?
What was tire pressure cold? Was it 40 psi warm
40PSI hot. Actual starting cold tyre pressures varied between 31-37PSI depending on the tyre and the day. Very squirmy with pressure in the low 30s.
@@rcoltlyf I think re71rs is very similar to ao52 soft wall and likes higher temps
Nice! I went to drive days on Philip Island and saw you there a few times. Are you going on the 10th May?
Disappointingly no. Overseas for work. Booked for September though.
8 track days and approximately how many kms of driving on the street being a daily?
Zero. Have a second set of wheels for street and change at the track.
the front ones last me 1 track day xD
LOL. Not sure I could afford that rate of wear. 🤣
How many laps and time you spend on this tires at one track day?
As per the video about 1 hour on track. At Phillip Island that is around 25 laps or Broadford 35-40 laps.
@@rcoltlyf amazing!
wich other tires do have tested?
