Yes, isn't it ironic that the contestant having a meltdown because she thinks 31 is old and "time is running out" is a mental health therapist. Maria was actually being supportive and trying to make Madina feel better. The exact opposite of bullying. If she really was a bully, Maria would have agreed with Madina to make her feel even less self confident about her chances with Joey.
I just want to tell you how much me and my friends love your videos. They thought I was crazy for watching the Batchelor (kinda am), so I showed one of your recaps. We now all get together to watch it, thank you for this! God, Sydney is nuts.

Sydney created drama that she wasn't even apart of! Medina was mature and didn't want to give names and wanted to move on but Sydney needs drama to get the attention that Maria was getting naturally

I want to believe that Sydney is very calculated and is playing a game to get on BIP and kick off Maria, because she’s a threat. But I really think she’s just insecure and projecting onto Maria because she’s emotionally immature. She feels backed into a corner after realizing that Maria wasn’t hating on her “friend” and is now doubling down because she can’t deal with the possibility that she made a mistake.

I don't think Sydney gave context on the catty comments because she didn't have to. Maria just finished calling her Missy Troublemaker right before, and by the end of it she did include the words embarassing, dumb, and weird- no need for name calling. Sydney kept her composer because she's just out for justice(i'm sure with the encouragement of producers) in the face of a squeaky wheel who's trying to keep every situation "under control". I'm sure Sydney gets sent home on the 2 on 1, but goodness do I know Maria will keep finding out.

The word bully was too far but calling yourself blunt and bragging about not taking BS isn't going to help your case when your character is questioned.

English is not my first language, it is my third language. I take the meaning of a blunt person ad a straightforward person. If it means something horrible, then that's not what I meant.
@@kiki-90 blunt can have a slight negative connotation. like a person who is blunt might say something too abruptly or harshly. whereas someone who is straight-forward would still say the same thing in a direct way, but polite / not as abrasive.
I think the line between being "blunt, no BS" and being "straight-forward" is pretty different across cultures tho. I'm from NYC - when I see someone on TV who I think is lovably blunt, my friend from a small town in Connecticut always thinks they're just being mean. lol

Sydney smiles every time she says something malicious to Maria. She is very aware of what she's doing.
I think she is just triggered by someone who cuts her off or aggressively asks for explanation and she is sticking in her heels now because she has been rubbed the wrong way. Perhaps when she watches back she will see how she had a hand in things by stirring the pot. I don’t think she’s delusional though. I think she has a harsh reaction to someone who is direct and somewhat abrasive.
On the two-person group date in Malta with Maria, she said she had a “game plan” before going into the date and complained about Maria to Joey, so it’s 100% intentional. If scripted, it made for some interesting drama lol.

I think it was so far fetched when Madina claimed that she felt like she was being bullied when Maria asked her “who told you…!?” multiple times. Really!? You consider that bullying!? She then has no idea what bullying is and shouldn’t be using that word so lightly and should’ve apologized. If she really considered Sydney as a friend, she should’ve told her to stop embarrassing herself. The way Sydney made it into a fake drama was super cringe!

Wow. Many people in this generation take click words and use them incorrectly. They don’t know what gaslighting is, sure I get that. But bullying? That’s ridiculous. The way production obviously decided they wanted Drama and orchestrated Joey needing to “get to the bottom of the issue in the house that he probably has little to no knowledge of” is so frustrating. He pulls Medina aside for answers. She says she didn’t want to name names and instantly he just pops up in front of the girls and says “SOMEONE has been telling me that there is an issue”. Medina looks like she ran crying to him when all she did was try to change the topic.
It definitely has a production smell to it. They never aired who said anything to Joey to have him approach Madina which made her feel cornered since she clearly didn't want to talk about it. Then when it's clear Madina doesn't want his interference Joey still goes back to the group, why? Then all the girls in interviews are no, Maria is fine but yet "someone" told Joey? The math is not mathing as they say.

I've noticed this for the past couple of years - they all seem to do it. First time I saw it I thought they had just made a mistake when putting it on but then noticed how all them are now using the bottom band as the halter. No idea why - it doesn't look any better that way. But it seems to have become a 'thing'. Along with inserting the word 'like' as many like times as like possible in each like sentence.
Sydney is a DRAMA QUEEN. I really like Maria. I think Sydney is just jealous of Maria.

I don't think Maria actually called Sydney weird. She said she's feeling so weird about this situation and [it's] weird. But Sydney either knows this or lives in her own world where she will never know/accept this.
Either way, I'm really exhausted by seeing on TV and interacting IRL with folks who cannot just accept that people are different; we all approach situations differently; and a great way to get to the bottom of confusion or a perceived slight is to talk through it. The drama is 100 percent all on Sydney. She acted like a total entitled snob during the Mrs Right competition. Sydney just wants to be relevant and wants to find targets to eliminate (the pageant side of her) and that’s Maria (who I like). Is Sydney afraid Medina will see that she needs some help in that area and is trying to make sure she stays in Madina's good graces? I was thinking if someone said what Madina did about her age, to me I think I'd also be inclined to say "What?" and then tell them what I am looking at or feeling. Madina instead, makes out like her "feelings" are fragile about her age.
