That's a good idea, I really wanted to focus more on the powerhead since I spent so much of the video putting that sluice together. I ordered the micro mat for the dream mat sluice and will be running the setup with the Goldhog up top. Will definitely do that when I do that vid!

Thanks for the kind words Paul, I live in Eastern Ontario Canada and prospect near central Ontario sometimes, but mostly Beauce Quebec and New England on the US side of the border..

so is the gold hog reverse header better than the flower gold header? which mat is best dream mat or the VDR mat? thank you
Hey Mike, I have a few other videos on this, but, to sum it up, I find the FGW header superior to the Goldhog reverse because it's easier to set up a recirc system and the materials move better... Haven't tried VDR but love dream mat for fine gold!
Don't you just Hate when you mount the leg brackets just 5mm away from not fouling the PowerHead

And 2nd best usually works just fine.
Yet I am grateful that Engineers usually get it spot on when designing bridges and buildings.
I wish I could miss by only 5mm.
My constructions often resemble the Holey Grail with the number of holes in the wrong place.

@@MohammedNovalija OH IT'S ON NOW!!!.... lol... I am actually a Mechanical Engineer and, in my defence, turning that nut about 10 degrees allowed the powerhead to fit perfectly.... Yeah, I got lucky :)
