Nice presentation and HELLA deal. I'd gladly trade ya all my Pittsburgh stuff for your Teton. The USG in back looks fantastic. I'll have to go through your videos to see that setup which appears to be "built" in. The HF picks won't touch the quality of the Teton but the price is right. I am a huge fan of the manual impacts. When I was a kid they were the only thing that worked on motorcycle casing screws. Thanks for sharing your tool haul.
I just got back to MI and was hoping to swing by Meijer to pick up some local Tekton tools, only to find that they've replaced some of the best tools you can find with the cheapest; Stanley... Lame.
Tekton really disappointed me this year. Last year they had a few deals before Christmas but this year they didn’t do anything but Capri did so I bought a few things from them instead.
I made it to approximately 1 minute into the video and stopped to find out what the hell Meijer is and start my shopping spree... The deal ended Nov 28
My best guess is that Stanley gave them more profit per tool sold. Maybe once they see how fast the Tekton tools flew off the shelves they will reconsider.
Betting profit margin as well. Stanley tools are generic china white labels. Teckton while the majority is Taiwanese made they play a bigger roll in the design and final quality of there tools which is why a stanley ratchet will cost you $15 and the same drive size from Tekton will be $25 on there website. It's not massive but meijer can't charge more then what Tekton sells them at so they have to take a smaller profit. It's business but at the end of the day Meijer has lost me as a customer since the big draw for me was grabbing a couple new tools while grocery shopping. Without Tekton tools available in store I'm happy to shop elsewhere.
@@toptiergarage7378 Im going to assume after that they are going to a higher percentage off. Last year when most the meijer stores were parting with single wrenches they were 60 plus percent off. Got amazing deals on some giant wrenches!!
@@toptiergarage7378 thanks for post. I went to Meijer after I watched the vid and picked up a few tools for 50% off. Pretty decent deals I’d say. Tekton at 1/2 price seems to come in about the same or actually a little less than Harbor Freight tools which is pretty cool.

You will never find nice tools like that so cheap again i bet. Some people wondering why 50% off. I think cause they prolly want to add all new stock. The ratchets they had are old version. So i think they wanted to clean stuff out and put new versions. Or some think tekton in meijer is coming to end. Idk but we will find out soon enough.

It seems pretty hit or miss. Some stores are completely wiped out and some look like it hasn't been touched.
