As an Egyptian, it's very heartwarming to listen to the pilots kindly asking the ATC in Arabic to allow them the Pyramids approach for the sake of the filming and the viewers, which the ATC politely accepted. Loved the gesture.

Around 56:00 I'm Egyptian, they were asking if they have permission to fly on the path where they can see the pyramids specially that they were filming, the ATC were very nice and told them they have clearance to do so :)

Folks, this is not SEA (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport), this is Everett Boeing (Snohimish County Airport) where twin aisle airplanes are built. This isn’t a revenue flight and there is no connection between SEA and Cairo, Africa. Just wanted to be clear since for some reason this wasn’t called out.
Very interesting there are like 45 passengers on this Flight and this aircraft 787 its being delivered to Egypt on its 1st Flight....so what does this mean Who is contacting the pilots during takeoff and during Flight ???? Why didn't the airplane was flown to SAE airport as a normal commercial Flight????
It was called out. At the very start Captain said this is a brand new aircraft on its maiden flight to Cairo. Not sure what you mean anyway, why is it even important. Its going from the Boeing factory and its Egyptair so likely it was going to Cairo 😮
Excellent trip, the pyramids makes me wish we had time travel, i wish everybody could have the chance to travel the world just one time so we could see how all alike we are, thank you.
Perfect Landing!! 👌 the moment when the plane touched the ground went so smoothly. Most of the time the plane hits the ground hard at this moment and it makes me hold onto my chair tight 😅
I flown on Egypt air after so many years of flying on BA, Lufthansa..etc and was not good experience. Seeing this flight video is good thing, but you have to pickup good captains such as this one for the rest of your flights. The 1st officer is still young. Also, please retire the old plans. The one I took from Europe was so dirty, and old. Another problem the luggage security has to be handle with theft in mind. My luggage was opened and stolen. I do not mind to try Egypt air again to give a better ranking. Next time I travel to Egypt, will not carry any luggage but a hand bag. Good flight and plane captain !!
I am Indian and reside in Vienna. Captain, my story is similar to you. My father also served in Air India, with whom I travelled since child hood. Only one difference, you became pilot and me a trader

Amazing how low the engines are to the ground ! I always feel more comfort when the engines are up on top of the plane ! That gives the piolet has more flexibility when landing as to touch the wings to ground when strong cross winds are strong !

Flew on Egypt Air 787 really nice and new. I enjoyed the flight. It was comfortable much better than their worn out 777.

I flew on a 737 with them from London to Cairo but a 787 on the return flight. They were good flights with good service. Much better than before.
