100%. I was gonna talk about beanies but I figured it was very specific for folks. I actually tried (I kid you not) 20 beanies from Amazon last year, and my favorite was...the one from my local course 😅 Do you have any recs for a perfect beanie that is warm and not too tight around the head?
@@upbeatgolfer Fortunately, we only have to play that way for a few weeks out of the year (January and early February). I'm in Georgia, so it's not snowy or necessarily freezing but is typically 40ish and rainy at that time of year. Being able to jump back into a toasty cart makes playing in those conditions much more amenable - you're only cold while you're taking your shot (and putting).
@@upbeatgolfer By the way, I love your channel. The quality of the content and the production value is next level considering how many subscribers you have. Keep up the excellent work!
Aw thanks man! Glad you like it - it's fun making it but way more fun hearing that it's helpful - I really appreciate your comment! Ah and you're in Georgia - makes sense re: 40ish and rainy 😬 -- mad respect for even getting out to play in that. And also mad respect for playing in your summer heat/humidity (which I'm guessing you do as well?!).
Great video, I got the hand warmers and they work ok but don't last for the entire round. I noticed that that Cam Smith has a massage gun on his bag, given you get cold and stiff I wonder if a mid round massage would keep you loose?
Yeah that's a great call! That could definitely help - will try it out in the winter! I also have two sets of hand warmers (if you count the sleeve) so I can make them last most of the round. Also #2, it doesn't get THAT cold out here 😃
So awesome! Youre the guy to golf with man.
Ha, thank you! HMU if you're ever in the Bay and want to golf!
Definitely gonna check out some of the gear recommendations here. Thanks for the tips as always 👍
Legend! Hope it helps with your winter rounds coming up!
Winter golf... always have a beanie on my head or in my bag ready for use:)

Cart cover and propane tent heater that fits in the cart cup holder.
Holy cow. Are you serious? Coz if you are, you're playing 3D chess over here while I'm bragging about tic tac toe...
