This is another awesome looking house that is going to be demolished this is really great that you get a chance to explore it before it is gone have a great week and until your next video thank you Paul.👍🇦🇺:).
Very glad that the guy you met up with was nice & trying to save whatever he was saving. Why not as it's less to be put in a land dump. Why'd they leave the beautiful curtains? If they didn't need them they could go to a church or Goodwill place if you have Good Will places. Think movie ' The Sound Of Music and the kiddie's in curtain clothes😊 🎼🎶🎵The hills are alive being sung by kids wear curtains🎶🎵🎶 I hope you get around to making your models soon. Good luck on them Paul. If you look up stuff on them there are people that make a small fortune on just selling like one rooms! Say a living room with different level stairs. The attention on detail is amazing! There are channels' on You Tube that help teach model making. The hardest one I made was the Lizzy Borden house. The dude had no problem paying for it & wanted the best 'stuff' put in it. It could be opened up in sections. It even had water ! Up in the roof part had a plastic container you could fill with water, below the basement was where the water drained too & it could be emptied. It was hard to let that go, but was glad to get to learn a ton doing it. It was four feet tall ! He came in person to pick it up. He got doll maker's to make the little people. Back to the video. How sad that folks have to loose their homes & that perfectly good homes are disappearing. There should be an organisation that could come in and take whatever come be used to make new homes for the homeless with added programs to help teach the homeless say trade jobs, plumbing & so on. I'm sure the camera was there to just keep an eye on the property and they could just see that you were filming. Great job as always. Stay safe. 🦘"Cheer's!"
🌟😢Ohh another beautiful gem gone forever I love it, beautiful features all the poor people that had to give up their homes for development not fair. Thank you so much for the tour. ❤😊🌟x
Awesome, a mid week upload!! A nice little bungalow a lot of the old features still intact, loving that 1st fireplace such a shame it will all probably get busted up. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)
Thank you for this.We just got a raw milk vending machine at a local dairy and my hubby and son have been on it fir a few weeks but I wasn't as I have RA and OA so wasn't sure if it would be good as I avoid big amounts of milk anyway, only a tiny drop in my tea
Thank you, Paul. I always enjoy your videos. This home was much smaller but still had nice stain glass and other details. 😊 sad ending to so many nice places.
Urbex Indigo thanks for sharing this video with me about Beautiful bungalow next door also now gone. Built 1925. it was a really nice home and i can'yt wait to see your next video and i gavbe you a thumbs up and shared you out on my community tab my friend and God Bless.
Hi paul, thanks again for the mid week episode, can they easily salvage the air vents ? Or are they not worth salvage. And as well as actuated. Cheers deb
Unfortunately it's a sign of the times as populations grow the more volume of traffic is on our roads. Widening and alleviating traffic around train and tram crossings, arterial roads need upgrading. It's a shame it has to happen the destruction of great houses. 100 years ago they wouldn't of dreamt of a population explosion. So here we are... The story continues.
Why don’t people just live in these beautiful old homes they have character. And feel like home and have stood the test of time. Instead of building these ugly cheap pine on concrete structures.
I hope this letter finds you somewhere in a dusty, abandoned house, preferably one with a suspiciously sticky carpet or a chandelier that might fall at any moment (for dramatic effect, of course). I’ve been following your TH-cam channel for a while now-mostly because I’m convinced you’re the only person brave enough to wander into houses that look like they should be condemned and make it seem like a fun afternoon adventure. Honestly, I’ve watched you explore more crumbling Australian homes than I’ve had hot dinners (and I really like my food, so that’s saying something). You have this magical ability to enter houses with so much character (read: danger) and somehow turn it into a heartwarming exploration of history, mystery, and the occasional spider encounter. Is it the old wallpaper that captivates you, or is it just the thrill of thinking, "Yep, this place will definitely be haunted, but let’s go in anyway!"? In conclusion, Paul, I think you’re absolutely spiffing, and not just because you explore houses that are one bad step away from collapsing. I’m ready to follow you on your next adventure-but this time, let’s make it a date. Maybe we can even explore my house (it’s mostly safe, except for that one shelf that’s a bit loose) and I’ll make sure the carpet is... well, let’s just say, it won’t be sticky. Yours, A fan who’s probably gotten way too attached to you and your haunted house escapades P.S. If you ever need a co-host for your next spooky exploration, I promise I can totally handle a possum or two. I’ve watched enough Australian wildlife documentaries to fake my way through it. In my famous words ( and very original words) cheers Paul bye.
Hi V8Falcon, thanks for the kind words and I'm glad you enjoy these explores around old rickety houses, some more dangerous than others! 😁 Cheers for watching, many more videos to upload yet. 👍

In all the different houses you’ve shown and with this one, it’s a shame no one salvages the leaded glass. Or the wood flooring.
Wow Paul, a midweek video!!! Thanks 😊

Hey Mate 👍😊 yeah I bet the builders never would imagine a front and back yard would be obsolete 100 years later.
Hi Paul I live in Florida usa I can't sleep either cause of the wind from a hurricane
Hi Darlene, hope you survived the hurricane ok? I'm only just getting back to the comments section now. Cheers 👍🙂

There will come a time when future generations will be angry with the loss of history. Highly disappointing.
