Hope technique in Photoshop simplified

Incase you need some of the notes :
Hope technique:
Subject layer
Add a blank Layer under subject layer color : c58456
add a Hue saturation layer over subject layer: -100 saturation
Add another solid color layer at the top Colo starts at 96735a
Layer blend : Hardmix then fine tune the color to make your subject stand out.
Layer adujstment added on Black and white
At The Gradiant Map Layer adjustment left should be blue : 00314f
at 40 percent red : d81921

Main subject layer adjust shadow and highlights
Stylize oil paint set it to 5, 5, 10 , 10 lighting off
Copy layer then oil paint again 10 all the scales.
Mask it and work in details of face, and things like that.
Layer flatten image.
Unlock layer select subject and mask it.
Create blank layer and split it and color it with the colors of the 3 main colors
Give it text and a texture.
