Its super easy to get around, if you land in the airport (its in the middle of the city just get to Hakata which is like 2 stops or something). Daizafu is nice to visit. Further afield both Hiroshima and Nagasaki are super close; like an hour or two on the Shinkansen,
I'm going to Kyushu this year and I was checking Fukuoka places that could be nice to go to. Weirdly the official tourism page didn't even mention the giant buddha. Thanks for the video, I will check some of those places out.
