As far as I know normally taking videos or pics inside a Supermarket is Not Allowed any where..... Coz Once I did the same being residence of Dubai I was takng a video just like tat whn Dubai Carrefour first was inaugurated much before even Lulu took place.... Thy stop me and said its not allowed. Same goes for any Big type Supermarkets thy dnt allow... But there is No problem to take video inside a shopping mall anywhere....
Photography is prohibited, they should be advertised commonly in the mall or store. That I don't know.I feel this because people are misusing it for spy work for means to find for pricing structure and commonly it using for spy work for this type of activities and the fun is most of the competitors are recruiting staff for this type of job.May they thought suspicious from their activities
