My wife and I, signed a contract at the end of 2020, to build a 4bd/2ba on a half acre lot. Right off Rt.9 very close to Rt.31. We had the closing in May of 2021. It is very similar to the first model you showed, it also has a finished 2 car garage and screened in porch. We have a huge pond behind our house, so no one can build behind us. Thank goodness that we didn’t wait, these prices are a little more than $100,000 over what we paid! We don’t have all of the extra amenities but I think we bought at the right time

The bedrooms in the Ibis are pretty small and the master bathroom should have a bathtub at those prices. Also, the kitchen cabinets should go all the way up to the ceiling. The house, in my opinion, is just okay. I expect more at that price range.
