this floor plan is the best for all i have seen the right floor plan always looks bigger than the real sqft. it looks bigger than a 2500sqft with poor design

Closed on my Toll Brothers 4 bedroom 3 full bath Low Country style w/first and second floor balconies about 6 months ago. Also have a detached 2 car garage with mother-in law suite above, complete with kitchenette. Came out nicer than their model home. 5 total bedrooms, 4 full baths (3 are luxury baths). Beautiful area and community. Sold a small, 1,455 sq ft 20+ year old condo in New England and it was almost an even swap ;-) Renting the property for now, but plan on moving down when I retire.

There's a Robert Moses Parkway in the Carolina Forest region? Now I know on Long Island because I live here there's a Robert Moses Causeway heading to the beach
