My quit was August 1st 2023 11:11 pm and I am smoke/vape free still! After 20 years of this pattern of addiction i am finally free and Nasia Davos is a master key of my quit. I've been ready to quit for a long time and when I found Nasia's videos I quit. I quit the same day I found her! It WILL happen for you to❤ Thank you Nasia Davos. I feel absolutely amazing and it's only getting better 💪💕
Hi .. Dr.zia here from Pakistan, today is my quit date of nicotine pouches dip.. I have been watching your videos from the last year, you are doing great job..pray for me all who are seeing my comment that I overcome the demons in my brain...
Never give up. Until you are free from this pattern of addiction never give up. NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DESIRE TO BE FREE FROM THIS PATTERN. IT WILL HAPPEN. KEEP GOING AT IT. EVEN IF YOU FALL, GET UP AND GO AT IT AGAIN. YOU ARE FAR MORE POWERFUL THAN THIS SUBSTANCE YOU GIVE POWER TO.
Today I quite smoking, everyday i will remember myself, today I’m not gonna smoke, day by day,my true nature is not smoking.. thank you 🙏 ❤ and when I feel I want to smoke I go for a walk or I do 10 to 20 pushups, from today I AM FREE 🎉
My quit date was 8th April 2024 0830am I haven't had a smoke since then the withdrawals were horrific but 3 weeks tomorrow I feel I'm there now thanks for your encouragement I'm not going to smoke again I don't know how the 3 weeks passed so quickly
Smoked for 52 years had heart attack stent fitted lucky to be alive thanks to hospital never touched one cigarette since change your habits when you fancy a one do something else good luck it can be done life without cigarettes
This week marks a month since i quit chewing tobacco. And 3 weeks since ive touched any nicotine at all. These videos have been a huge help in overcoming an addiction that went on for far to long. Thank you Nasia and god bless you!
You dropped some gold nuggets for me for sure .. “I walked away, NOT KNOWING that I COULD do it..” And the “it’s not good or bad, it’s NEW” 👁️👄👁️ Wow. 🤯
June 3, 2023. Thank you for this video, as well as all of your videos!! I could have never quit, if it wasn't for your teachings. May God bless you & keep you.
Thank you for helping me to quit smoking. So I can get a hip replacement. I've struggled since mother's day when my surgeon said, I must quit smoking for 6 weeks before he will do my surgery. I'm using a walker & my quality of life is limited.
My quit date was yesterday. I started over at Day 0 as your support team advised me to do. I enrolled last January but have put off doing the program with tons of excuses. Now I have physical issues. 2 days ago, I looked up COPD symptoms, and I have 3 of them. Especially wheezing and coughing as well as mucus and fatigue. This really woke me up. I slept most of the day yesterday. Is that normal?
Thank you for this!!! I have been drinking pop and sweets more recently while attempting to quit. I will try again with more tools in the bag thanks to you!!!
Day 7, bought a half pack today feeling horrible about it. I just watched your video shorts about nicotine replacement and you're right, using the gum made withdrawals easier or so it seemed but it prolonged the craving. By now I should be over it physically had I quit cold turkey.... also back to the drawing board cos obviously I haven't adjusted my mind. I understand that these 7 days I've felt somewhat deprived. It's a tough one to grasp this addiction, but I'm closer to freedom so not seeing this slip today as a relapse, back on full force tomorrow.
Hi Donna! Glad you liked this video! My goal was to give these guidelines so you can set yourself up for success if you're starting today :) During the CBQ webinar I share a day by day timeline to go through the 4 stages of the CBQ Method. You can get the foundational video and register for the webinar here: bit.ly/startcbq
Your videos are very helpful thank you to you!! One day at a time is so so right.. 💯🤗. I remember those days when i hated cigarettes, im getting back to those old times when cigarettes had no place in my life.. thanks again..
I found your vids last night and i find comfort in them. I am eating healthy since a year and shortly quit refined sugar, started breathing techniques and now i see why...im in the preparation stage. I see a big beast turning into a sweet pussy. When i thought:"but my fiancee..." you answered the question immediately, so this is a sign for me. I will be back with a testimony. Im in! I am not quitting smoking, i am going to breathe! Bless you❤
I am on my 3rd day of not smoking black n milds... i had quit for a year and then reunited with an old friend who invited me out to a lounge and she smokes cigars.... I made a choice to bring a black n mild. I regret it. This was 6 months ago.
When deep pain arises like death in the family, that whats when its extremely abstruse for me to fight Nicotine! How do you all handle your deepest inner most triggers? Ive been 5 days strong but seems like the mind is winning..😔
Well its day one for me, been up since 0600 no had a fag yet usually had two by now. Wee bit anxiety 43years smoker including weed though I stopped that first a year ago, here goes part two.
thinking what none smoker do in this stuations; teach not to smoke for 3 months with patch but not ligting a cigarette, then reduce to min, then dont us patches anymore, after deal with stuation as none-smoker, that is my new program, Nasia is it good plan?
My favourite quit day was day 14 after then it got easier Also i used nicotelle gums to stop the cravings and today day 21 i dont feel i need the gum anymore now i so 3 weeks ago i stopped cigarettes and today i stopped the gum 😂
My father had Parkinsons and dementia. My mother has schizophrenia and dementia. Quitting is very easy - matter of not smoking. I've got past the first week many times, but as their child, I'm so terrified of my mind being unreliable, that risk of death feels like a minor cost to pay. Nicotine has been proved to improve alertness and reduce those risks. Suggestions?
Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diets and exercise but they don't work. I went from a slim 135 pounds up to a whopping 275. I spent a year as a fat nonsmoker, but when women laughed and wouldn't go out with me because I was too fat, that was it. I went back to 2 packs a day and so far, I've lost about 25 pounds. Smoking keeps my weight down, and as long as it does, then I don't care a hoot about the problems of cigarettes
Realizing that smoking has no value is deep,we keep smoking because we only think that we should keep it.Im breaking chain today.Thank you.
My quit smoking date was September 14, 2022 at 11:00am. And two days from now it will be a year since I had a cigarette 🚬.
🥳🥳🥳
🎉🎉🎉congrats!! Its my 3rd day

I have been clean for 7 months now, but still get occasional urges to go back to smoking as I keep having dreams in which I smoke.
Those dreams can actually help you, if you wake up with relief of not smoking that reinforces good will

How do you choose a good day to quit?

I want a cigarette just watching you.
If you explain what you mean, maybe I could help
Just listening to you talking about smoking makes me want to light up. Or anyone. I have failed so many times, I'm afraid of failing again.
