I work for a package delivery company and I back my truck in everywhere. It’s a lot easier to see pulling out especially with a bigger vehicle. I do it with my car now because of a force of habit. I just don’t suck at it like I’m 110 years old
Literally just finished backing into a spot at the gym before starting the pod 😅 tbf the parking lot gets full by the time I leave and it’s not easy to get in and out of there
I'm so glad you guys talked about Jay Higgins, I truly do think he has the potential to be an elite linebacker in the NFL. He reminds me a lot of Fred Warner with the IQ and even the build.
Because of you guys, I get more excitement out of watching the preseason. I get pumped when some 4th string player I recognize from like three drafts ago makes a play 🔥
I fully understand the limitations in his game but as a UGA fan who doesn’t miss a single snap I just fucking love JDJ and I think UGA will sorely miss him this year. Again, I know there’s limitations but he’s just such a rock solid middle linebacker and I think that’s going to continue. Dude is always where he needs to be in the run game, makes plays in the backfield, and hits like an absolute train. Love his game. He was a joy to watch at UGA and I’ll be rooting for him at UK.
Especially with backup cameras now, if you regularly need more than one pass to back into the parking space, then front in. But backing in makes things so much easier leaving and I dont need to worry about other drivers seeing me starting to pull out. Obviously though, a good pull-through space is still the ideal.
You guys should do a video about 2024 draft picks = post roster cuts - biggest surprises to get cut, etc. I really enjoy your content but I don't watch college football and don't pay attention to your channel until draft season. Make some content for viewers like me.
Because they have to back out of the spot and they cant see or turn to see if anybody is coming. Backing in, they know nobody is supposed to be in their spot so no / way less concern of hitting something or not seeing something, running over or into something.
Lander barton kind of reminds me of odell Thurman.. one of my favorite lbs growing up. Was really sad/unfortunate how his career ended, hope he is in a better place
i only back in if i anticipate needing to leave quickly. also it is not hard to back into spots in 2024. backup cameras and parking sensors are not optional they are mandatory
I just assume they didn't watch him because he it's ODU in the FunBelt. Crazy since he's like a 91 overall in CFB 25, and I think leads the nation in total tackles over the last two years.
I was expecting Jay Higgins to remind me of levon Kirkland, but has way more juice in coverage than expected.. like Lance Briggs/Jeremiah Trotter if we wanna go hyperbolic best-case-scenario.
It’s not a thing to flex, you back in so that you can just pull out forward.. if there is an emergency then it’s a lot more fast and efficient to leave that way.. I work in the oilfield and on the rigs they make us back in to park our vehicles so that if we have to evacuate it’s smooth and easy to do so
It shouldn't take you long if you know how to drive( Or if some impatient a-hole isn't on your bumper because they think you are gonna pass up a perfectly good parking spot) Getting INTO the spot isn't time-sensitive, but getting OUT could be, and it's way faster/safer/easier to pull out(pause). Backing out puts you at the mercy of the flow of traffic, by backing in, you are dictating the flow and advantaging yourself for your departure. I thought all self-respecting men backed into their parking spaces, especially at home, where again, entry isn't time-sensitive, but escape/emergency could be.
Lets fucking go! I have PTSD as a Cardinals fan with Linebackers taking Simmons and Collins over Wirfs/Lamb and Creed Humphrey but clicked this video immediately 😂
When I had a car, I almost never backed into a spot since it takes more care & precision with a net loss of time. Now that I drive a motorcycle, I back into spots about 50/50 since motorcycle parking is so much tighter & for some reason I find it easier to judge centering for the kickstand lean when backing in & the spots themselves are much smaller. The time saved when leaving seems to be a big increase too since you could get in a real bind if someone parks way to close to you & the exit alley is too narrow & you would have to walk out your bike for ages. Also… shit talking using cash over some corpo app? Come on. Payments like this aren’t Big Tech’s or often the government’s business.
Been saying this forever..unless you’re a cop who might be in hot pursuit or you’re waiting to ambush a group of insurgents..just pull into the damn spot
The best Carter at LB isn't Barrett, it's 6'3 250lbs Penn State LB Abdul Carter. Forget that ESPN/PFF has him listed as an Edge, this dude has almost 1000 snaps off ball vs just like 120 outside the tackles. Plugging him in as an edge only will be wasting his versatility this year.
He’s a lightning bug who is competitive as hell, but he’s just such a small player for the position. Below 10th percentile in height and weight. Plus I didn’t love his feel for coverage right now - which is the whole point of why you’d take a smaller, faster LB.
@@sniperrifle1588 In 2023, Micah Parsons played 532 pass rush snaps,l and 19 coverage snaps according to PFF. What I’m saying is that Walker should be evaluated almost entirely as a pass rusher who will be recording nearly all snaps rushing the passer. Georgia used Walker out of position last year and likely will this year too. He played 124 pass rush snaps to 58 cover snaps. He’s not good at coverage, he has the skill and talent potential to be a great edge rusher. Whatever you want to call it I could care less, he should be evaluated as a pass rusher and used in a Micah Parsons esque role. That is my take
@@sniperrifle1588 do you still feel that way? You want the guy with a 29% pass rush win rate to be in coverage? Clear edge rusher, he can get up to 255 and be a similar build as Micah. He should not be in coverage much at all
Spoiler: Jay Higgins was the 2n'd rated LB in College Football 25, just 1 spot behind Barrett Carter. I get college & NFL are different but I am SHOCKED Trevor didn't watch him yet...
Everybody who doesn't back into a parking space is either lazy or an incompetent driver. There I said it. Here's how you do it: th-cam.com/video/Lekzsvi_3Yw/w-d-xo.html Now act like accordingly.
Thank God, I thought we lost them
I thought the same thing 😢
Amen
Never 🫡
Only on Netflix lol
They said they were taking a week off in the last episode.
Higgins is nearing Levon Kirkland territory at 277 lbs.
I think they mistyped that
227
Guys. It’s a joke lol
As a non-college-football-watcher I legit thought this dude was 277, was super confused during the eval waiting for them to mention it LOL
I was all in on Jay Higgins when I thought he was 277 with a 90 coverage. I kept waiting to see why this freak of nature wasn't higher.
Getting giddy seeing two grown men posting a video talking about college linebackers. Proud of it.
The fellas! I missed seeing Connor & Tommy
I work for a package delivery company and I back my truck in everywhere. It’s a lot easier to see pulling out especially with a bigger vehicle. I do it with my car now because of a force of habit. I just don’t suck at it like I’m 110 years old
Same here
This I understand
26 year old dude here who ROUTINELY backs into spots. I feel attacked (it is easier getting out of the spot though)
Monster.....
The "Pulling up/Backing in" debate shows that there truly are 2 Americas
Literally just finished backing into a spot at the gym before starting the pod 😅 tbf the parking lot gets full by the time I leave and it’s not easy to get in and out of there
We've got some crazy throwback names in this one. Jack Kiser? Danny Stutsman? Straight out of the 60s, these dudes are gonna be studs 😂
I'm so glad you guys talked about Jay Higgins, I truly do think he has the potential to be an elite linebacker in the NFL. He reminds me a lot of Fred Warner with the IQ and even the build.
This return fed my family.
Because of you guys, I get more excitement out of watching the preseason. I get pumped when some 4th string player I recognize from like three drafts ago makes a play 🔥
Love hearing this!!
Backing into a spot is NORMAL!!
My absolute favorite football podcast/youtube channel.
THANK YOU GUYS for spreading to good word of not backing into parking spots. Im not even from New York and i absolutely hate it
Dawg, the shot in my arm i never thought i needed! You guys scare me when i dont see videos!
Yoooo this the ranking Ive been waiting for.
I fully understand the limitations in his game but as a UGA fan who doesn’t miss a single snap I just fucking love JDJ and I think UGA will sorely miss him this year. I liked him more than Mondon. Not as athletic, but more steady between the tackles for sure
Especially with backup cameras now, if you regularly need more than one pass to back into the parking space, then front in. But backing in makes things so much easier leaving and I dont need to worry about other drivers seeing me starting to pull out.
Obviously though, a good pull-through space is still the ideal.
Pull through is gold yeah
The boys are BACK!!
So no specialist episode? Damn guys, budget cuts huh?
Great episode fellas lol
Welcome back boys
Harold Perkins should be a safety end of story
They say he put on a bunch of weight
I back in all the time but I live in suburban North Carolina. If folks are backing in in a parking deck that’s lunacy.
THIS SHOW BETTER NEVER END I WOULD CEASE TO EXIST
Right off the bat, I always back in!
You guys should do a video about 2024 draft picks = post roster cuts - biggest surprises to get cut, etc. I really enjoy your content but I don't watch college football and don't pay attention to your channel until draft season. Make some content for viewers like me.
i missed my dads
So pumped Kiser made this list
Because they have to back out of the spot and they cant see or turn to see if anybody is coming. Backing in, they know nobody is supposed to be in their spot so no / way less concern of hitting something or not seeing something, running over or into something.
Only time I will disagree with the boys …
backing into a spot is the best way !
Alphonzo Tuputala #11 for Washington, listed at 6’2 230lbs on the website. Senior and played well for them the last couple years! Keep an eye on him 👀
My heroes I missed you
Lander barton kind of reminds me of odell Thurman.. one of my favorite lbs growing up. Was really sad/unfortunate how his career ended, hope he is in a better place
i only back in if i anticipate needing to leave quickly. also it is not hard to back into spots in 2024. backup cameras and parking sensors are not optional they are mandatory
Not knowing Higgins and seeing him 6'1 277 as a LB made me SUPER intrigued
If you drive a truck, it is significantly easier to back in.
Depends but for the most part I disagree
Just curious if either of yall looked at the Bama guys. Lawson was awesome when he was healthy last year.
Adam Bock from South Dakota State could be worth a watch
Two names that weren’t mentioned Jackson Woodard from UNLV and Jason Henderson from ODU
Surprised to not see Jason Henderson here
I just assume they didn't watch him because he it's ODU in the FunBelt. Crazy since he's like a 91 overall in CFB 25, and I think leads the nation in total tackles over the last two years.
I was getting Withdrawals
Jeff Bassa will be the best player on Oregons defense. Will be on this list at the end of the year
NFL Draft Sickos rejoice!!!
I was expecting Jay Higgins to remind me of levon Kirkland, but has way more juice in coverage than expected.. like Lance Briggs/Jeremiah Trotter if we wanna go hyperbolic best-case-scenario.
That’s high praise!

Telling yall now, yall sleeping on Jihaad Campbell, gunna be a stud
Can we get a high view summer superlative segment with the conclusion of summer scouting and Week 1 of CFB upon us?
Missed some time but where is Sonny Styles!?
Who do you think in this class would be paired best next to JOK on the Browns?
Also appreciate the CLEVELAND shoutout for being "normal" 😂
Did you watch Deonte Lawson and didn’t think he’s a good enough prospect for a mention here or was he not one of the guys you got to watch?
Connor had smael mondon in his rankings but they didn’t touch on him. Wonder what there thoughts are
Guys what did you think of Deontae Lawson and Jihaad Campbell from Alabama?
Are we all forgetting about bell basically playing linebacker for Dallas last year at 205lbs?
Jay Higgins the 277lb linebacker wit 90.8 coverage grade lmaooo
As a man living in Orlando flying to Cleveland Ohio for a wedding this week, I just want you to know that I am built different
Random but right now James Pearce Jr is listed at IDL instead of EDGE on the PFF big board. Not sure why but figure that should be fixed
The positions for the big board and mock draft machine have been super buggy this summer
forget safeties, next video: top 10 things old people do that suck
Just wait 5 years and you’ll be called old
You guys didn't talk about Mondon Jr 😔

I hate to be that guy, but backing in is actually safer. My work requires us to back in or pull through
Is Perkins going to be Isiah Simmons 2.0 like where will he actually excel in the league?
Lets fucking go!
I have PTSD as a Cardinals fan with Linebackers taking Simmons and Collins over Wirfs/Lamb and Creed Humphrey but clicked this video immediately 😂
My team doesn't need LB's but also clicked immediately!
That’s true addict behavior, and we appreciate you 😂

The real question for summer scouting episodes: pants or no pants on the zoom call?
Jay Higgins is 277lbs on the screen
Where can you watch college football
Da bois!!
Been saying this forever..unless you’re a cop who might be in hot pursuit or you’re waiting to ambush a group of insurgents..just pull into the damn spot
conrad
Nah absolutely team backing into a spot especially at the grocery store
Who is the Luke Kuechly of the group?
No one
So excited to find out the top 5 lbs so the eagles wont draft them!
I too hate with a passion people who back into everything

Why no inside linebackers ?
What do you mean? This is "off the ball" linebackers, meaning it doesn't include linebackers who typically line up on the edge rushing the passer.
If Higgins is 277 he’s in trouble lol
I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one that noticed that. Maybe he’s trying to keep the Iowa offensive line pipeline going? Maybe a future center?
Built different
227. Typo
@@HM07-j7 no way???? I really thought he was 277 at LB.
MLB/NT hybrid. All the rage in the Fangio system 😂
Francisco Mauigoa

Real floridians know that I-4 is the final boss
Perkins is 6,2 225
There’s no way Jay Higgins is 277lbs
People who back in get into less accidents. That being said I would feel like an a-hole if somebody was behind me.
Stutsman is 6'4 240? Idc about how he plays; he's LB 1 because he can host the pod.

I'm 100% with Connor on the backing into parking spaces comment. That happens way too much at my office and annoys me probably more than it should.
Great scouters, terrible drivers. No more driving advice please
Where’s jeff bassa?
