That's a 2265 since it has a red button. The most common problems are bad board, stripped gear, sprocket breaks off, or the limit contacts get dirty like this one. All of them easy fixes but the boards can get expensive sometimes hard to convince them to fix their old opener
On the door hitting the drum I would check that the rails are set to the same heights. If one is lower that would drop the drum lower on one side. On the operator it’s probably the board at the transformer solder connections the board they tend to break away from the board.
