Aggramar accidentally created the orcs (or rather, they eventually evolved due to Aggramar's actions), by imbuing a giant mountain with life (which became Grond). When Grond and the Evergrowth destroyed each other, the pieces turned into collasals, while the pieces of the Evergrowth became the sporemounds. Then they further fragmented into magnaron and genesaur. Then spores infected the magnaron and they slowly changed over time, into ogron, ogres, and then finally orcs. This situation arose because Draenor had too much spirit. Compared to Azeroth which didn't have enough, due to the world soul consuming it which made elementals able to manifest physically. The Evergrowth would've destroyed all life, but Aggramar's actions ended up creating both the Breakers (descendents of Grond), and the Primals (descendents of the Evergrowth).
