Wonder if having a zojirushi style water heater on the side would help for those who want a plain old cup of coffee, depending on outlet availability I suppose

Can u buy a Ferrari of an espresso machine & dont pay premium? I think you are also paying for a very stable product . Why cafes are using it & still using it with out complaint. We ask ourself why no shot timer or volume metric & why we cant control pre infusion longer ,for this price & quality . Basically it a top brand & u are just buying a very very basic model. Why cant we have a longer pre infusion because i know alot Of cafe owner just pull a straight shot full bar no pre infusion & are in specialty level & produce great shots. I think if in a cafe Or food cart , we got to be short & sweet straight to the point. That is no doubt quality stuff u have there but a very basic model. Of a Ferrari Of espresso machine . Try other machine then u will know what i mean 😄👍
@@kamaalalawi5793 I think the best part of this machine is the stability and ability to handle a lot of orders. I’ve been doing around 75 drinks in around 3 hours and it seems to handle it without much problem. I still think it was overpriced and I could have gotten a used one or another brand but I don’t regret it as I’ve been able to make enough money to have paid it off through selling drinks.

Maybe steam the water instead of using hot water and waiting for re-pressurization ? Maybe faster?
