Ms. Shanahan, if you see me standing up a clapping and cheering, it is because you are bringing mental health and nutritional health to the forefront in this presentation. I have been a teacher and have preached for decades how important it is for us as a society to strengthen the nuclear family and improve our overall physical and mental health. These are all tied together. There is an interesting documentary by PBS based on the book by Deborah Blume called The Poison Squad. This presentation highlights a Dr. Wiley trying to expose all the dangerous additives the big food companies were secretly putting into the foods everyone was eating back as far as the late 1800's. It is well worth the time to view this presentation or to read the book. My hat is off to you for the making of this video/audio to promote awareness for a better life for all concerned.

This election cycle has brought unimaginable insights for so many of us walking in step with Nicole and Bobby. When one’s community still only sees Blue and OMB, it’s so heartening to know community is out there🙌🏽 Keep these amazing podcasts going! I hope you can feature my farm one day. I need a few more years’ of growth to be anything special. Nicole, if you wanted to shed light on the poisons of the Christmas Tree farm industry… I’d be so grateful. Imagine trying to have an organic and regenerative farm next to Christmas tree farms. I’m trying to do what I can to push back💪🏽

I am one of those that came to religion first and then saw the problem with the way I was living and now is becoming a farmer. It is amazing how much learning and intellectual stimulation can be found in agriculture. The problem is that schools and the system associate farmers with stupidity and lead kids away from this work. There is so much in being a good farmer, business owner and steward of the land. Thanks for having John on. I am looking at how some of the product he sells will fit in my system. It is so cutting edge that you need the knowledge to use them well.

Our family immigrated to Oakland in 1900 from Italy and we have been involved in agriculture in California ever since.Shortly after WW2 my father was working at Los Alamos laboratory and he told me about a Army project where they were trying to figure out why soldiers from small towns and farms had a much higher performance levels on the battlefield and it was apparently determined that their diet and more specifically the minerals levels in there bodies was the reason for the increase. Our first feed mill was in San Francisco on third street built in 1918 and at that time the Bay Area was where a large amount of agricultural production was as centered, dairies, farms and ranches everywhere.

I wish that were still true today. What I see is people living in houses in the country and buying all of their food from the grocery stores. There are very few gardens on our rural backroads homes and even less animals for food production. At best you might see a few chickens.

That cornfield is beautiful, healthy plants. I'm thrilled to see an interest in bioremediation for the silt soil in western North Carolina. The silt from the flood is toxic because of chemicals and other things that were in the flood water-reportedly cadaver dogs and livestock have died from coming in contact with the silt. Make western North Carolina healthy again!

There is so much freedom and peace when one realizes and accepts there is only one truth; “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6 His truth is redeeming and brings hope.

I want to comment so as to add mass to these ideas that both of the speakers expressed.
Recently I understood that even hope is not going to be enough. It requires real actions. Action that is coming from what in the video was called unconditional love. Be careful with this idea please. Understand that it is of course the "you" and your deepest part in your own mind that does decide what this word group "unconditional love" is going to mean in terms of actions. Yes we judge each other but it remains the only place where no one really decides for you. I am stating this as a man who wants your love because I know it is natural. Apparently we, the People, have a capability to act less than loving with each other. This needs healing and learning about what it is. When the real learning occurs the results are like the plants that grow because we have given them as much as we understood was needed and the miracle of Nature did its job in total willingness to give.

What we really need is MAIA, Make America Intelligent Again. Get the kids back to organic education, out of the monopolistic public school system, and into distributed, values-based education. Then they will be intelligent enough to MAHA.

Another observation I would like to make is that the relationship between the government and agriculture is a very poor one and having been to hundreds of farms ,ranches and food production plants and spoken with many of the people this is pretty much universal. You will probably need to have some type of emissary to get your foot in the door who speaks the language to make any progress. I am not saying that it is impossible but they speak a different language and are also interconnected through many generations of working together. They talk with each other but outsiders not so much.

It's interesting as I picked up a copy of THE BIBLE recently as I have, at 62 going on 63 never read it. I grew up in England and like Nicole, we are more secular on some levels. However, I always deep down believed in God when I looked at the Beauty of this Paradise Garden of Earth, if it's not being bombed to bits, that is! I purchased George Lamsa's PESHITTA copy which is based on the original Hebrew. However already, in just the first few pages I am put off by this Vengeful God who circumcises men and wants humans to subdue every animal. None of it rings true. I shall have to force myself to consider reading the rest as I am fighting what it says already. I KNOW I came here to Care Take The Mother as I am always rooting for Nature and Natural ways even when my own have been anything but. However with maturity and age comes the wisdom that opens the flowers we all are and I have great hope for America if these are the sorts of discussions we can have openly and honestly. Thank you both.
