The F18 is my favourite V-Twin Panigale variant EVER ... hands down. Regardless of performance/sound, that Akrapovic exhaust setup on a Panigale is my taste aesthetically. I would like to extend my gratitude to you for sharing this masterpiece, all the relevant information and the eargasm of a startup with us. Edit : I will never forget the frightening scenes of watching Melandri’s tiny frame being violently shaken at max speed down the straights. Even to a pro, it must have been disconcerting ... if not terrifying.
I can only imagine the amount of torque that bike must have... Beautiful sounding bike also. Diferent from anything at the circuits back then. They don´t make them like that anymore. Beautiful machine.
Great and very informative videos, please please keep them coming. Subscribed, liked and commented hope your channel begins to fly, just like them bikes. Cheers
Hi! I appreciate your time and ever in sharing this wonderful piece of machine with us. Knowing that this is the last of its kind. Would it be still possible to buy some of the OEM corse parts from Ducati if ever let say you crash one of them?
If you want to hear a truly quick revving Ducati, check out 44 teeth video on Stoners championship winning gp Ducati. Now that thing IS loud and revs way faster than this.
The flapper valve in the exhaust is to regulate back pressure,,To heat up the engine quicker,,,,I have one on my Dacia duster 1.5 dci,,,,And no I'm not joking,,,
Incredible, absolutely stunning, the sound is unbelievable, the throttle response is next level ,would of liked to know the £ value tho ,200.000 /250.000?
That engine has NO rotating mass. It's crazy how freely it revs with those huge cylinders. Crazy engineering. Anyone else notice how there almost no valvetrain/gear-train noise? I know the exhaust is probably drowning the mic, but you don't hear a single tick. Must be the crazy control over clearances and tolerances you can do when you just have to focus your efforts on one bike, and not tens of thousands for the public.
Well harleys have the most shitty sound of anything on 2 wheels!!! And the fact that slack jawed chopper jockeys ride those obnoxious wrecks around and either act like they don't know about the racket or in line with "BIKER ATTITUDE " Don't give a fuck if it annoys anyone is one reason I would never be associated with the assholes that ride them and the company that builds them !!!!😀😀😀😀🏍🏍🏍 have a nice day
That bike brings a tear to my eye..it's just a amazing mix engineering, art, and sound
Hard to believe that sound is coming from a V- twin . Beautiful . Thanking you for sharing this .
you are welcome
And the sound coming from a Harley V twin is SO SHITTY !!!!! MOTO DUCATI!!!!🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍😁😁😁🍺🍺🍺
This is the best video of 2022. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video. Very much appreciated
Many thanks

Bikes don't come much more beautiful than that. What a stunning machine. Cheers LV.

Incredible detail, thank you for spending the time showing this off!

I only started watching wSBK last year.... So it's pretty cool to see these in detail.
Thanks
@@lussoveloce Side question. Is it true that quick shifters were around since 92' ?
@@SONO4B11T It's possible, definitely 93/94 as they had them on some 888s that I've seen
Shit that's beautiful! And everything is done so perfectly on it. Reminds me a lot of the Panigale v2!
Although the results of the V4 have proven to be much more competitive, I prefer this over the new all day any day.
This bike is going to be worth some SERIOUS money in the coming years.
I had a panigale R (1299) and wasn’t anything remotely like that beauty!!!!!!
Great video. Complete anorak. Love it. Amazing bike.
There’s trick and special…and then there’s this, wow! 😮
Many thanks

Had a go on one with him in2017, ferociously hot!

Can you imagine riding this in traffic
Can you imagine the inconvenience if a cop pulled you over and demanded that you shut it down?
would love to see this thing on the dyno
Amazing bike ❤
wow very cool.
So, I guess they're not running hairpin valve springs anymore?
What a beauty!
Marco rode Manuela better that he rode this beauty, that's for sure!
Sounds very similar to my desmosedici

My 999s sounds just as good. Ok, not as exquisitely expensively good, but i'm sure you get my point.

why no brake or clutch fluid in it?
if its on display they probably dont want it, that fluid is corrosive and absorbs water so needs changing regularly
Strange because Melandri isn't smaller than Marc Marquez for instance
Didn't know he was the size of a Hobbit.
Price?
£150k
If you could move your microphone away from your gullet for your next video. Cheers 👍
What's the asking price?Wrap it up!

Ducati struggling wsb? No more special rules? I am shocked
Eh they are leading the championship lol
Ducati is only competitive because of the rules, it's always been that way in wsbk.
Do you actually watch WSBK???
@@jaysen192 they have a 1000cc 4cyl motorbike just like everyone else lol
