People collect the mineral water in big bottles and yes you refrigerate it. It isn't "spring" water, that is why it is hot, it is Mineral water, and it actually cools down alot from its starting location, which is probably around 90 C water. You can find alot of these mineral water taps all around Sofia and lots of places in Bulgaria actually, we have alot of mineral water springs. The high mineral count make the water feel heavy, and that is why you might attribute it to sticky.
Even though our cheese burgers are good... you should really try visiting an authentic Bulgarian traditional style restaurant - they are called "Mehana" -You can find a restuarant called "Moma" or "Izbata" for example.

It's the cultural capital of Europe for 2019, has even more ruins :) charming old town and is only 2 hours away by bus. Tickets I think are 15 lev, and the bus station is near lion's bridge.

Sofia is a dekightful city! Opera lovers should visit the Boris Christoff Museum, just a 3 minute walk from Vitoshe Blvd. Christoff was one of the greatest singers of the 2oth century, and his home reflects how the upper middle class lived in the 19th century. If you come back to Bulgaria you should definitely go to Koprivshtitsa. The architecture there is sooo beautiful. Also Sandanski is a really nice and pretty place. It's small but like half of it is a park and it's just so beautiful and nice. And if you're going somewhere around the sea, I recommend Krapets, Shabla, Tyulenovo and Balchik. It's also very beautiful and even tho you can't see anything so special in Krapets and Shabla, the weather during the summer is amazing and the sea is the clearest there. Also you can always see the moon and the stars best there

Bulgaria is oldest country in Europe. Bulgaria is first national state in Europe which adopt Christianity and Bulgarian church became first national independent church in Europe in year 927.
Bulgarians created Bulgarian Civilization with Bulgarian language, Bulgarian alphabet Cyrillic and Orthodox Christianity.
Bulgarians spread Christianity and the Bible, translated into Bulgarian language and written in Cyrillic, among the so-called "Slavs" and incorporated most of the "Slavs" into Bulgarian civilization, including the Russians.
All so-called "Slavic" languages are created on the basis of Bulgarian language. Russian language and so-called "Slavic" languages on the Balkans are dialects of Bulgarian language.
Today about 300 million people in Eurasia including Russia use Bulgarian writing system Cyrillic as the official alphabet.

The Bulgarian milk is creamy and very sweet so it will give you better taste and better texture of the drink :)

nice vid but this is a general comment about people complaing about their airbnbs...you guys chose the place...you knew what it was like before you took...plus in sofia accomodations are so affordable...so you could have easily got something nice and big for next to nothing. you chose not to
