My brussels sprouts turned out DELICIOUS, like from a restaurant! SO good. I'm making them again tomorrow for Christmas dinner - they're my contribution. I'm adding garlic, bacon and parmesan and I'm super excited 😆
    Thank you for this recipe!!

I just tried your recipe with one variation. Instead of using traditional balsamic vinegar to finish it, I used cara cara orange white balsamic vinegar & it was fantastic! Your techniques, temperature & cooking time were right on the mark for my oven. This is a wonderful healthy dish. Everyone should give it a try.

I finally achieved the crispiness and flavor I was looking for through this simple recipe! My mistakes were not roasting on a bare hot sheet pan as shown. In the past, I would line the sheet pan with aluminum foil and then put the pan in the oven once the desired temperature was reached.

These are so addictive! I make these for my meal prep salads and also just to snack on. But instead of the oven, I grill them on my George Foreman Rapid grill (with removable plates). I just have to keep a close eye on them because they char really quickly on both sides.

Rutabagas are a whole different animal when roasted. Same with the turnips they’re so sweet not too sweet just the natural sugars coming through. The method is so easy too.

Its thanksgiving day and I'm back consulting the master for a good tray of brussells. I'll be mixing carrots in with them.

Question: Did you wash the sprouts first? I saw another video and he removed the outer leaves when trimming them because he said they would be crispier if you do not have to wash them. Interesting. Just curious what you think?

Yes I do rinse them, and dry them thoroughly. Water will undermine the charring.
