I actually made these over the weekend and my son made some red chili infused honey that we drizzled over them with a little bit of bacon bits ... cuz - you know - bacon goes on everything! We love our veggies roasted in the oven - and it's getting to the point where it's almost time to be able to turn the oven on .... Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Oh man I loooooove Brussels sprouts!! Roasted is by far the best way, thanks for the tip about turning them cut side down. My favorite variation here is balsamic bacon, which is super yummy with a few cranberries added to it! But honestly, all they need is Olive oil, salt and pepper. Ha! Glad you mention avocado oil in the video - best not to use olive oil as many feel it can denature at right about 400 degrees F. Avocado oil has a higher smoke point. thanks for teaching me that it's "brussels sprouts", I had no idea. :)

This isn’t a new recipe for me really, but I haven’t ever considered placing Brussels sprouts face down on the baking pan for equal roasting on the cut surface! I also didn’t really think about how it’s Brussels sprouts and not brussel sprouts. Thanks for sharing Lisa!

I was kind of curious / grossed out when she showed us the whole maple syrup with Dijon mustard sauce, but then... my life changed. I mixed syrup with spicy mustard (has horse radish) and 🤯 it’s the vegetarian salsa. She’s a pioneer.
