Tecovas are top notch. Don't put them down for not being made in the USA. Leon Mexico is the boot making capital of the world. They know what they are doing.
I’ll tell you what, I sure hope the resoles hold up better than the originals did! Got a pair of Johnny’s less than 2 yrs old that have holes in the soles already.
That’s pretty normal. My everyday boots last under that. Also, not trying to be rude, but lifting your feet and not dragging improves the life tremendously. I still catch my self dragging my feet when I’m tired at the end of the day.
@@davidclubb8690 I’m glad it’s not just me. However, I never drag my feet, the ball or heel of my feet. And it wasn’t rude at all, how would you know how I walk….lol
Tecova boots do not hold up. I had a pair that the stitching started coming apart on 2 weeks after I purchased them. Customer service and warranty was a huge hassle and Tecovas would not fix these 2 week old boots. Seriously, they're probably fine as a fashion boot, but these are not meant for anything more than the mall.
Your restoration is a waste of money if you’re putting the same weak original soles on. I won’t make that mistake again. I have averaged one year out of the soles on each pair I bought from you. Compare that with my Luccheses that are on year 5

After a resole, ask if they can put a rubber sole piece (a protector)
@@ferbadcompany1499 hey that’s a good idea!
@@scottshort3718 search for it, people do that more often than you think
Any idea what song this is or how to
Find it?
How much to send them back to do this?
150
@@sambamjaeger that’s not bad depending on how often you have to do it.
Don’t waste your money. Go to an independent cobbler who will put on quality soles that last
Can you put a cowboy sole on a roper boot??
That looked like it hurt
