  • Vegetables Salad and Prawns breaded and baked au gratin is a perfect summer dinner! Nutritious, Satiating and Delicious! The perfect dish to stay fit, low in calories and rich in mineral salts!
    Summer vegetables such as new potatoes, courgettes, green beans and carrots flavored with garlic, olive oil and baked au gratin become super tasty. Adding the cucumber and seasoning everything with a sauce of lemon juice and olive oil gives a freshness to the cooked vegetables!
    Prawns breaded with breadcrumbs, flavored with garlic, parsley and olive oil baked in the oven become very crunchy and tasty!
    A salad that can make a "beautiful impression" even on a special occasion!

    For vegetable salad: (equal quantity of the chosen vegetables)
    300g new potatoes
    300g carrots
    300g green beans
    300g courgettes
    1 cucumber
    A clove of garlic
    Olive oil
    salt (to taste)
    For the seasoning:
    Juice of half a lemon
    salt (to taste)
    Olive oil
    Parsley
    For Prawns:
    300g of large prawns (I use frozen already shelled)
    100g of breadcrumbs
    A clove of garlic
    Olive oil
    salt (to taste)
    Parsley
