Bieta (Bietola) e Ceci al Pomodoro una Gustosa Ricetta dei nostri Nonni un piatto semplice a base di legumi e verdure (senza glutine) della tradizione Italiana che racchiude numerosi benefici per la salute dell’intestino. Ricca di fibre (che nutrano la flora batterica sana e favoriscono il transito intestinale) e povera di calorie, la bieta è una verdura che favorisce la digestione e contribuisce alla salute dell’intestino, supportando una flora intestinale equilibrata. Ricetta:
- 1 o 2 cipolle grande ( io utilizzo la cipollata avanzata che va benissimo)
- bieta (bietola) a coste ( oppure qualsiasi altra verdura che preferisci)
- ceci un vasetto 250 g
- passata di pomodoro 200 ml
- un peperone secco dolce ( io sto utilizzando mezzo peperone dolce fresco)
- erbe aromatiche (origano e rosmarino) oppure a tua scelta
- sale marino meglio se integrale
- olio d'oliva
Benefici nutrizionali:
La bieta è un ortaggio straordinario, ricca di fibre che facilitano la digestione, aiutano a mantenere l'intestino in salute e favoriscono una flora intestinale equilibrata, fondamentale per il sistema immunitario. Le sue vitamine A, C e K e i minerali come ferro e calcio rendono la bieta preziosa per rinforzare le ossa e migliorare la salute degli occhi, perfetta per gli anziani e le donne in gravidanza che hanno bisogno di una marcia in più per il benessere.

    Oh wow! Thank you so much for sharing how you made these, cutting as you go. I would never have thought of this, In fact, I have made them before. Tried boiling and cutting and it just made a big mess! I have been making pasta since I was a little girl along with my mother who was from Trieste, but we never made cannelloni. It was usually ravioli, or cut pasta. Can't wait to try it. I have the same machine which was hers. This looks perfect! Thank you so much!

    Thanks from here in California ! Too late in season here for nettle but I have lots of arugula in my garden so maybe I’ll try this pasta with arugula. We also have our own chickens and just harvested our garlic yesterday.

      Hi, nice to hear from you! I use arugula to flavor the salad (it has a slightly spicy flavor), I've never tried making pasta, thanks for the suggestion, I'll have to try it! Although such a bright green is only possible to obtain with nettles because they have a lot of chlorophyll. You can also make it with spinach, try it with arugula too and let me know how it went 👍

    Recipe: 120 g sugar 60g potato o corn starch 60g flour (use rice flour for gluten-free variant) 60g sweet almonds 40g bitter almonds (essential part of the recipe if you don't have them add the same quantity of sweet almonds with the almond aroma) 80g sugar 4 eggs 150 g dark chocolate pinch of salt 1 Teaspoon of baking powder ❗️If the egg white is well incorporated there is no need for baking powder for desserts, but if you are afraid of a bad outcome add a 1 teaspoon

      Yes, both: - 60g of sweet almonds - 40 g of bitter almonds (essential part of the recipe if you don't have them, add the same quantity of sweet almonds with the almond aroma)
