As I see it, none of these are Balance bikes. These 4-wheelers learn toddlers to steer a ‘car’ no a bicycle. They may work from starting walking up to about 18 months. From then on one should considder a real balance bike teaching the toddler to countersteer a two wheel vehicle, training for a pedal bike.
