Everything about Ocarina of Time was just perfect. The music, the atmosphere, the storyline, everything came together perfectly to make a truley unforgetable game.

I remember in my dream we all got onto a clam shaped platform that took us all the way to the top of The Domain to what appeared to be a waterfall water slide with Zora's all over the place acting as life guards and I remember going down the waterfall slide sliding right out of the water fall. It was like maybe 90 feet in the air and then next thing you know SPLASH! right into the water! It was like being in a Zora Domain waterpark and it was so awesome!

Big Boss I know you're right. But I miss the old days man. I was a fat little chubby kid, but I was loved - I was funny, listened to my parents, had loads of friends. Then i lost a lot of weight and became closed off to the world. I'm a bodybuilder type now, very fit and athletic but I have no personality -> people don't like me anymore, and I am "afraid of what people think of me". I can't even go to the petrol station without a whole lot of nerves lol. No one likes me, not even my own family :/ This melody, and others like it, just takes me back to the time when I was loved and life was happy. The feelings ~

I did a test and found out that i have Asperger syndrome, which explained why i was different from all other children. For some reason i got a huge boost in confidence, maybe because i had finally figured out why i am the way i am. I went from avoiding people to making friends with everyone i met ( or at least i tried ) and i also started doing some parkour. Do not say that you have no personality, because you are an awesome person. I'm know that you still have a funny and charming personality inside of you. Never say that no-one likes you, because you know that's not true.
Every time my wife and I give our baby a bath, I play a little more of this song. We finally just finished the full ten hours today. She always gets excited when it starts playing, and if we forget to play it, she will shout and point to where I usually put the phone.

In my experience, if you go about it properly, you can get a rational discussion going. But this is probably contingent on the nature of the video. I remember wanting to show my dad that I had made it inside Zora's domain, back when there was no TH-cam... So I was proud to figure out how to get in after 2 weeks of trying and scanning the entire map.... He was busy, heading to work, so he could stop to see what I wanted to show him.... He only stayed there for 5 seconds , but was not enough time to show him the way to the entrance , I just wanted to share the excitement you know but I guess he couldn't see how special this was for me... . I don't dare to have kids, because what if I break their innocent heart that way? How would I know? My favourite version of Zora's Domain has to be this one. It's so relaxing and perfect. The others were really similar, and I love them too, but I just found this one so much more soothing for some reason. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I heard this version first, I don't know. If you stand on the banister next to lord jabu jabu in just the right spot by his mouth, run and jump off towards him, and time a jump attack at the corner of his mouth, you can trigger the loading zone and get inside without ever needing a fish 'u'/
Back when I was a kid with my N64, I loved this music but had no way to play it except for the game itself. My brothers and I had a small TV in our room, so I would go to Zora’s domain, then unplug the video chord and leave in the audio chords to the N64 so the TV would still play the music with the picture off. Then I would just sit in my room and relax, read, or do homework. It was the BEST. I’m so glad we have streaming now so I can listen to great tracks like this whenever I want!

Deku need more love! Their culture and aesthetic is just more original to me than the Zora or Gorons, which can be compared to Tolkienesque elves and dwarves. I've never seen anything like Woodfall in high fantasy.

I remember searching this place for an excuse to not move on with the story because I didn't want to leave. The most "Safe Haven" feeling I've ever had in a video game.
I listen to all these 10 hour videos when I study but this one in particular makes my thoughts just go in a frenzy I start thinking of all sorts of scenarios and stories in my head and start to reminisce and I lose focus. That's how good it is
I borrowed this game from a friend when I was 12-13 years. It was absolutely mind blowing. I always liked how the feeling of this song completely flips when you come back as an adult and it's frozen over+empty. It goes from peaceful to haunted.
This game came out at the perfect time in my life. I was 14 and just getting into games that had more story and depth. I was old enough to appreciate what was unfolding but young enough that everything still felt epic and impactful. I was also old enough to begin having disposable income and a true identity but young enough that I didn’t have any real responsibilities. I used to love frittering away hours hanging out in Zora’s Domain, listening to this tune and trying to come up with ways to dive deep enough to get into that underwater alcove that was just a hair too deep to reach. Now I look back and miss the days when I had not only the time to spend doing such things, but the time to be my own person and explore my own interests. Now it feels like every hour of every day is spent doing something I’d rather not do or accomplishing things for someone else.
Jebuss I want someone to recreate this place in real life, I'm sure it could easily be done if you had the cash, carve it out of some cave or something then make some fake waterfalls. lel

I remember wanting to show my dad that I had made it inside Zora's domain, back when there was no TH-cam... So I was proud to figure out how to get in after 2 weeks of trying and scanning the entire map.... He was busy, heading to work, so he could stop to see what I wanted to show him.... He only stayed there for 5 seconds , but was not enough time to show him the way to the entrance , I just wanted to share the excitement you know but I guess he couldn't see how special this was for me... . I don't dare to have kids, because what if I break their innocent heart that way? How would I know? I'm sure he didn't mean to upset me so badly , I still remember playing this game as a 10 yo kid, as the best thing that ever happened to me... Thanks Nintendo

My favourite version of Zora's Domain has to be this one. It's so relaxing and perfect. The others were really similar, and I love them too, but I just found this one so much more soothing for some reason. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I heard this version first, I don't know. I just love it.
Still my favorite song in the game, I just love how it combines a majestic song with a tropical vibe. If only I knew how much of a pain in the ass it would be to come back here seven years later and deal with the water temple.....

Jonas Hansen Speaking of fish, heres a tip. You dont have to pay 200 rupees for a fish. Just catch one in a bottle. Thwy can found near the torches in Zoras Domain. Light all of them. Be quick, and you will get a Heart Piece
If you stand on the banister next to lord jabu jabu in just the right spot by his mouth, run and jump off towards him, and time a jump attack at the corner of his mouth, you can trigger the loading zone and get inside without ever needing a fish 'u'/

Back when I was a kid with my N64, I loved this music but had no way to play it except for the game itself. My brothers and I had a small TV in our room, so I would go to Zora’s domain, then unplug the video chord and leave in the audio chords to the N64 so the TV would still play the music with the picture off. Then I would just sit in my room and relax, read, or do homework. It was the BEST. I’m so glad we have streaming now so I can listen to great tracks like this whenever I want!

Deku need more love! Their culture and aesthetic is just more original to me than the Zora or Gorons, which can be compared to Tolkienesque elves and dwarves. I've never seen anything like Woodfall in high fantasy.

I borrowed this game from a friend when I was 12-13 years. It was absolutely mind blowing. I remember playing as much as I can because I didn't knew when my friend would come back to take the game back. Total comfort zone. Especially when having experienced it when the game first came out. Memories that transcend the boring reality we all live in. I could define most of my teen years in terms of the most chill times ever by games like this and SM64 etc.
Played this on my first acid trip and watched as thousands of stars appeared in the night sky and danced along with the music. My favourite song.
I’m 33 and this is the most relaxing music ever for me. Brings tears to my eyes. Brings me back to a time when I could just relax and explore the greatest game of all time. I’m having a daughter and I hope her mother lets me name her Zelda if not it’s the middle name for sure lol

I’m so glad that this is the comfort song of so many who were children or toddlers like I was when this came out in 1998. I remember if I got my kindergarten “homework” done and ate all my dinner, my dad would disrupt his own playthrough to let me wander around in Zora’s Domain as a 4 year old and also print off pictures of Sheik/Zelda for me (back when you had to rely on printers lol)😊

This game came out at the perfect time in my life. I was 14 and just getting into games that had more story and depth. I was old enough to appreciate what was unfolding but young enough that everything still felt epic and impactful. I was also old enough to begin having disposable income and a true identity but young enough that I didn’t have any real responsibilities.
I used to love frittering away hours hanging out in Zora’s Domain, listening to this tune and trying to come up with ways to dive deep enough to get into that underwater alcove that was just a hair too deep to reach.
Now I look back and miss the days when I had not only the time to spend doing such things, but the time to be my own person and explore my own interests. Now it feels like every hour of every day is spent doing something I’d rather not do or accomplishing things for someone else.
I played this whole video about once a week back when I was studying for the bar exam. Now I use it when I’m going to sleep. It’s so comfy.
