Don't forget to adjust the endstop bushings, I 3d printed new ones and it is stiff

Believe it or not I have done it but it still shakes!

@@ricardomedeiros9626 Yes. The solution for me was to recalibrate the stop of the headlight. You will have to unscrew the cover of the headlight and remove it. Then you will have to loosen or tighten the bolt that regulates the height of the headlight when in upward position. After some tries I managed to get it right. Now it does not move anymore.
i cant get the new rod on no matter how hard i pull/press.

try spraying a little lube on it? pb blaster, silicone lubricant, etc.

No not this year. I have a wedding to attend that weekend. I would love to make it out to that event sometime though!
replaced both mine but still my drivers side is bumpy on the highway or over any bumps
yeah this video addresses the worn bushings not the cause of why the bushing are so worn. he is relaying on the retractor arm to stop the shake and put the light back in contact with the stop pads.
your issue sound like that the stop pads are out of adjustment.

The screws holding the round light to the housing may be loose.
I replaced that rod and my headlight still rattles like crazy at idle lmao.
Need to check the screws that hold the 7inch round light to the housing.
Who else already fixed it and it’s still fucked
Been fucking with the bump stop and the whole housing still shakes 🥲
The bolts/nuts that hold the whole headlight assembly into the engine bay might be loose.
