I just bought the Tusk kit for $170. In my state - Washington - you can get it inspected at a certified shop, then have it street legal......to make the world's best bike as the announcer put it. I like the bike. But would not want to ride it all day long and it really needs some vibration numbing preventive. But that's just me. I'm an older guy.
how hard would it be to turn that bike into a Super Moto? street legal w/ turn signals and everything...had a buddy tell me that I would have to spend like $2,500 to get it street legal.
Headlight is already there but for the blinkers, horn, and rear light kit, it would cost about $160.00 to buy it and install it your self ( you can find that kit on Amazon ). For the tires it just depends what you buy, where, and if you decide to put them on yourself or have them put on for you. I mean don't get me wrong, you can add a WHOLE lot more of parts and accessories just to have it fit you.

I'd really like to have this bike, or a wr450f. I hear that the wr450f is much more reliable. People say the valves are awful on the crf450 engines.

Just got it licensed and plated. Now I can ride it anywhere. Great bike.
I did the same when I had a house out in Idaho.. felt illegal riding it on the street
