    what people get wrong about this video is that its not necessarily a collection of best goals but its a combination of nice goals but also a collection of most important moments in football history

    9:35 the fans werent happy because their the opposition team supporters of Ronaldos team, but they couldnt help, but clap to appreciate the goal, something extremely rare to happen in Football unless it was a fantastic rare goal, the opposition fanbase wont normally clap for anything

    It's very difficult for a none football fan to really actually appreciate all these clips that you just saw. Because without the real knowledge you don't really know how the game really work, what's achievable, previous history and stuff like that. Because this is already very much part of every nations culture outside of the US, we understand how everything works. For example you don't have the knowledge of what tournament is what, how leagues work, how promotion and demotion works and how this really effects a team and a players career, transfer and shit like that. I'm from the US, and ofc I just thought that soccer/football was boring at first because i wasn't educated enough. But I promise the overall competetive sport system and culture that football has is incredible compared to any major US sport. Premier League is the biggest league in the world, and this is in England. Basically every nation has their own league, and then teams compete though their own nation league to qualify for tournaments next season like the Champions League though their league position at the end of the season.

    • @ji0137
      @ji0137 2 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      @@ryanreaction But you didn't even bother reading the context at the bottom.. I think it would be more appealing if you u understand what happen and react on how it actually happen and why it matters for the fan. Sometimes it's not just about a fancy long distance goal or skill.. it's the stakes and the story behind it.

    • @BennyH11
      @BennyH11 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@ryanreaction I agree with the OP to a degree. I think this particular video is lost somewhat on someone who has pretty much no knowledge of the game at all. This isnt a just a collection of great goals where you can just appreciate the raw skill, it also shows a lot of significant moments which aren't really understood without at least some context and deeper understanding. This would maybe be better video to do after you've reacted to quiet a few more and really got a feeling for the game.

    The way UCL (champions league) works is it has group stages first which has I think 8 groups with 4 teams in each. They play each other twice and the top 2 of the group go to the knockouts. In the knockouts you play 2 legs, 1 at each teams stadium and the overall score is what decides who goes through. In the Roma-Barcelona case, roma scored an away goal when they lost 4-1 in the first leg (scored at Barcelona’s stadium) and then won 3-0 so the overall score was 4-4 with Roma going thru on away goals

  • @aaronloggia

    All these goals are wasted here. There should be someone next to him to explain each moment and the weight of them. For example aguero’s last minute goal or leichester’s goal are nothing special if you do not know what they mean (and he doesn’t, even with the captions below)

    So a lot of this clips happened in the UCL (Ueaf Champions League) the biggest Club tournament in Europe. Tournaments always have "two legs" that simply means, they play twice each team once at home and once away. The first part of a tournament is always the "group stage". Normally within 4 clubs each group. After all teams played against their group opponents twice, the best of 2 get nominated for the "K.O. System" in the K.O. They get choosen another club from another group. They also will play twice, once at home and once away. Until there is the final two clubs left. Often it happens that in the first game one team will beat the opponent 3:0 or 4: 0. After that, a comeback for the losing team is very difficult because even scoring so many goals in a single came can be challenging. So that's the reason why those clips are so hyped and important.

    So Ryan whats with the restart as Ryan Wass. Clearly looking what you have on your first page with VidQ your intrested in Analytics. Is the channel your first Rodeo or have you had other channels before this one? Also what is Onetime??
    Did you start a new channel to broaden your appeal?
    After a year you have grown this channel to 16.8K subscribers which as far as I can tell pretty good going in one year. I'm not certain how fast your growth is happening but afaik it takes a channel to get to about 50K subscribers for someone to where they are bringing in sufficient resources through sponsorship & advertising for the creator to work on the channel full time. But the key break point is 100k when you start to see bigger companies buying access such as squarespace, VPN companies etc. It's around 100K upwards that their are sufficient resources for teams of 2 to 3 full time people to put out a couple of videos a week. It also depends on how your channel is valued.
    Sorry, as an outsider I find this fascinating. I just wish I was well enough to do something, but annoyingly I am still way to ill
