Maybe because there wasn't much content in Colloseum and XD. Both are based more on combat than exploration. For some reason they have better animations, because it is not so loaded with everything else.
My boyfriend and I keep hoping they remake these games. I’m playing through colosseum and I’m stuck on trying to catch Entei and I don’t want to wait to catch it later.
@@77Night77Shade77they aren’t bankrupt, they still exist and are doing well but the reason these games can’t be made is because there was a disagreement with gamefreak involving these games
Surprisingly I got him on first try, he sent out camerupt before entei, made quick work out of camerupt with Mantine. Used Altaria to Sing him to sleep and it took 5 ultra balls, 10 great balls to finally get him first try
There is a secret boss fight with Miracle B a Miror B look a like and the Mount Battle 100 challenge can be done before the Post Game on Colosseum & XD: Gale of Darkness.
I absolutely love the villain designs for this Pokemon version. Out of all the Pokemon games, this one had me in awe, their appearances remind me something from like a Power Ranger's series. Hilarious, ridiculous and fabulous!
The stories to colleseum and gale of darkness are incredible Pokemon really need to focus on their stories because Galwe of Darkness is a very special game
There should’ve been a third part to these games - such underrated classics. My friends and I spoke about a possible third game to keep tradition of the Gens and also cos it would feel like the story is complete
They need to put the authentic game in the switch. Along with XD. This was the first Pokémon game I played- it actually introduced me to the franchise, and it’s my favorite by far. I’m surprised I managed to beat it with zero knowledge of type matchups and even evolution.
Those games had some of the best effects in ages. Earthquake animation is the best of the series by far. And Legends Arceus Flamethrower reminded me of this games. Ice Beam animation is the worst in this game, that agreed, but lots of others are better in this games than in newer ones.

The animations in the Switch games from Gen 1 to 7 are from X, Y Sun and Moon.

Well, the bad news is the company that made these games (Genius Sonority) went bankrupt, so it's unlikely they'll be making a return.
