Everyone’s giving her a hard time...she’s probably already had a “bride” moment, maybe more than once, while modelling wedding gowns and she’s chasing that initial high. I’m dare say she doesn’t even realise it.
And yes, while I'm click on most SYTTD clips... at the end of the day, it's just something to wear when getting married. Hopefully there will be wonderful memories of that special day, and a lasting marriage. May she have woken up thinking, "I can't wait to get married to Johnny!!" rather than "only" thrilled with the dress. 😉
The King’s Daughter - I agree: this is simply something to wear when you marry. Important, sure. End of the world if they don’t get exactly the right dress? No. I don’t get why they get so hung up on this process. Chill out.
I agree and thank you so much for you comment. You're showing empathy and you're actually trying to understand why she's reacting how she's reacting instead of judging like most people. It's not something I see a lot (especially on the Internet and in comments sections like TH-cam). It felt good to read someone who's showing empathy :) So thank you

Yeah i loved it too. It complimented her so well. It's so nice to see a bride come in with a nice lipstick. All i have seen are horrible makeup and nude lipsticks that make them look washed out
Instead of saying he's a baker or that he owns a grocery store, she just said "he sells bread" as if he's outside selling loafs of bread to people walking by, so I think they thought it was funny.
She made the right decision! I would want a 2 in 1 dress, princess dress for the church but then the tulle comes off and there's a slinky dress for the reception.
@@preciouscarait6352 Indeed, but with wedding gowns it often happens that you pay for the additional skirt as much as you may pay for a completely new dress. If you really like how different the dress looks in both versions, then detachable skirt is the way to go. It is also much more practical than changing into a new dress completely.
I like David Emanuel's mannerism,it makes the video lovely to watch, and his technique of starting from mum's pick moving to brides to what they hopefully want to end up with .
@Zachary Khan I've been really sick and unhappy for days and your response with the full stop for some reason now has me cracking up, I'm crying and snotting all over myself thanks so much
I really loved both of the dresses! They both looked great on her and I liked them more than the dresses they usually pick. The first dress is absolutely stunning
She is very pretty. I like the first dress better, too, but both are quite nice. I like that bead detailing in the upper back. “Glamorous, flattering, and ‘bridal’ not tacky” is my conclusion.”
I feel this girl. I went to seven shops! Problem was I KNEW what I wanted, (really long train thin straps but not spaghetti and tons of sparkle) but nobody had long enough trains for me til the last place when I found the one! 👏🏼
David Emmanuel needs to step up his dress selection. He has a lot of generic dresses very few have a wow factor for me. I think he gets a lot of brides because of Diana's dress but needs to step it up.
Not his call to make. Christine Dando, designer of the Dando London line of dresses, owns that shop (Confetti and Lace), and her designs take precedence over pretty much all other gowns.
Love the dress she chose except for the illusion top part as I felt it distracted from the beautiful lace, it either needed to be in a lighter colour to blend in more or cut out all together!
Both dresses were very beautiful and flattering. The best thing about the second dress was the twenties classic feel, with the beading down the back. The first dress looked more like a wedding gown, though, and Holly seemed to feel the most comfortable and happy in it. Plus, the swooshy skirt would be awesome for the reception. I think she made a great choice.
Holly, I find it hard to believe that during your visit to 8 other shops, you didn't find a dress simular to this one? I don't believe that was your dress, either.
I think that its probably more difficult for her to chose because she is the model. So many dresses looked good on her, which one is the ONE! NOW thats tricky
Finally two beautiful dresses. She looked gorgeous im both of them. They should show them more on the show. Not the same fitted lace dress they repeat. I loved the ball gown just wished the see through material on the neckline would be removed. Without it would look better. Also I'm also like her. I always think when I'm buying dresses that is a bit more than budget that there will be something better elsewhere. I have seen it too.
I know why this show is addicting.... you get to relive that special shopping event ... or if you didn’t have a wedding... you get to watch the thrilling moment the bride finds the right dress! If you are a possible bride.... you get to see a lot of sample dresses!! 💕
I SO loved the back of the second dress it was stunning, but it is always the brides choice in what she feels best in for her special day. (would have loved to see the 2nd dress with a vail all the same):)
From what I have seen of this show the princess cut dress is usually a better fit than the mermaid dresses. Nothing like holding your cake filled stomach in all night...The dress she chose was beautiful.
So glad she chose this one. Slim fitting ones either look like a nightie or something you could wear to a special occasion. There are very few times you can go all out with princess dress.
She chose a BEAAAUUUUUUUUUTIFUUUUUUUUUL ball gown! I have seen nothing like it before. It hugs her figure at the top in a lovely way and then accentuates it at the bottom, even though it is not figure-hugging. I had seen the second gown already, with the beautiful back, but the ball gown makes her look radiant! All the best to the lovely bride & her groom . . .

Yeah i thought the same.
But they also liked both the dresses. So any one dress would be good
No, they didn't look like that at all.
Yeah...except that she seriously looked magnificent in both of the gowns. Thus, I think that they kind of enjoyed this experience, after all.
Maybe they were just nice people?
