How to Build a PVC Truck Bed Cover Frame / PVC Truck Tent. The easiest truck shell around, using inexpensive parts you can find at your local hardware store. We built this bed frame to hold up the truck cover so that the rain water doesn’t pool in the bed, it works beautifully!
