Trong phần này, chúng ta sẽ khám phá và phân tích khái niệm của Hội nghị các Thành viên (UNFCCC) - COP, tổ chức khoa học liên quan đến biến đổi khí hậu là IPCC (Ủy ban Liên Chính phủ về Biến đổi Khí hậu), và quá trình phát triển lịch sử của Công ước Khung Liên Hiệp Quốc về Biến đổi Khí hậu (UNFCCC).
