Amazing home but a lot of wasted space, deck a little small, I hate that hill in the back it seems dangerous, and should’ve had a designated area for the grill plus seating. I feel the front yard had so much wasted space, but overall very nice
I can certainly agree about the front yard, but it needed to be setback so far because the road is quite busy.

The house is nice, but how are you gonna have a six bedroom house with one car garage doesn’t make any sense to me
There is a 3 car garage with tall ceilings for lifts on the other side
I would have loved to see the tour completely empty.
Not a fan of the kitchen very narrow and closed off not the wow factor would prefer huge island or two more open concept deck small no fireplace, and hate the hardwoods chosen Looks cheap in my opinion. Carpet in bedrooms that’s a no for myself, It’s a large home but for the price point more detail should have been put in the home. I wouldn’t pay that price point seen prettier homes at that price more detail!

I watched this whole house be built from the ground up but it's on a bad corner of Mt Paran and ppl speed around that small corner overall nice house hope they love the partying neighborhoods on the side of them who shuts the cellphones down when your close to their home
