Botched by Babish is a really great series because it reminds the viewers that he can sometimes feign being human and making mistakes, against the internal coding of his android body.
Yeah though, that clamshell is hot on both sides and cooks it all the way through before it gets pulled. It takes almost 3 minutes for it to be cooked at like 375F on the bottom and 425 on top.

I've said it once, and I will continue to say it every time. Botched is my favorite series in the Babish Culinary Universe. So wacky. Thanks, to Andrew and the rest of the team for the hard work.

this really makes me appreciate all the scripting that goes into the regular episodes, also i appreciate boiling a patty in BBQ sauce, why i never thought of that
I had a McRib like 2 days ago and I can say with absolute certainty that it had rosemary as a flavoring in the patty. It was pretty much the only flavor to be found in the meat itself. Definitely add rosemary to your homemade version, imo.
Are you outside the US? Pretty sure McRib is out of season in the US. And it might be flavored differently elsewhere, so that might explain the rosemary.
@@MrVovansim yep, Germany, we have the McRib year round. Could be a regional flavor/recipe difference, but I think it is much more likely that Andrew hasn't had a McRib for so long now that his recollection of the flavor is off.
