    HELLO AKSHAY SIR. Hope you are doing well. I have some questions regarding NATURALTEIN'S whey protein. If you could shed some light on it, you will be helping a fellow gym bro who is looking to gain muscle and lean bulk.
    So my question here is Where do NATURALTEIN procure their whey from, ie where do they get their whey protein from. Is it from "Germany" or any other country from "Europe" or is it from Saipro biotech private limited in "India" as some of those youtube videos say. Please do mention the whey's source and please help me with links regarding this, if there is any too.
    Also what is the filtration method used in their whey protein isolate & concentrate. If you could mention their filtration method, could you also tell me if it is a natural filtration method or a chemical filtration method???? Also could you provide me with its link too if there is any????
    Please don't get me wrong for asking links about those details. Im just asking for these links because they are nowhere to be found in the companies website. That's why I'm asking you for links.
    If you could please make a dedicated video about this, this will help a lot of people like me as many people say that NATURALTEIN has changed its Whey Protein's source from Germany to India and it's no longer a German imported whey that they sell now in India. So if you could make an exclusive video on this topic, you could shed some light on this detail & bring back the trust that people once had on NATURALTEIN.
    I've been one of your avid followers for quite a long time now and I very much appreciate your work.     Genetics important hai ye god gifted hai tabhi toh maximum case me aisa hota hai ki jo patle hai kitna bhi kha le patle hi reh jate hai aur Jo dikhne me fit hai wo agar din me do baar bhi khaye toh bhi unki body same rehti hai

    It took me about 4 years. I was doing 25kg incline bench press. Now I’m doing 55-60kg. I’m 41 yrs old now. My arms then were 12 now they are 15 inches. During these 4 years I did exercise hardly for 4-5 months a year. And I was struggling with alcohol,midnight duty at work,stress,bad food,tobacco abuse. But still I kept on going back to exercise. The human body is a resilient and beautiful machine. It will respond to exercise. It will grow. So each time you complete a set, u can be sure that a positive change has occurred. Just keep going

    PROS AND CONS OF GENETICS
    Pros
    1. Height-5′7″ or SHORTER. Assuming that most people are able to put on
    30 lbs of muscle drug free, the shorter you are the larger you will look.
    2. Small joints (wrists, elbows, knees, etc). The smaller the joint is, the
    larger the muscle next to it will look by comparison.
    3. Long muscle bellies-The longer the muscle belly. the more muscle cells
    you have. The more muscle cells you have the greater room for growth.
    4. Short, thick tendons-This will enable you to lift heavier weight and grow
    more muscle.
    5. Frame-Wide shoulders and narrow waist/hips. This will make a V-taper
    illusion happen rather quickly. Short femur/long lower leg ratio. A short
    upper leg relative to the lower leg gives you favourable leverage when
    training legs. A short femur also makes it easier to create the illusion of
    size in the upper leg.
    6. Hormones-A naturally high testosterone level is a blessing.
    7. Metabolism-While you don’t want a slow metabolism, a racehorse
    metabolism can make it difficult to put on muscle without eating a ton
    of food every day.
    8. Parents-One or both parents are naturally muscular/athletic.
    9. Personality-The best bodybuilders are self-starters, highly disciplined,
    honest with themselves, and to be honest, - a bit OCD. Patience is a
    must. A great physique takes years. So does learning your body.
    Cons
    Worst case scenario: Narrow clavicles, wide hips, short muscle bellies, long arms, long
    femur length relative to the length of the lower leg, long thin tendons, large joints and
    thick skin. The worst genetic component is a poor work ethic.
    Most people make excuse by telling themselves that their genetics are not good enough.

My question is will I be able to build muscle with that and if so, how much muscle is possible to gain with the help of only resistance. And also, would it take same amount of time to build muscle as from gym and weights?

    My body heats up faster than others
    And even in small physical activities or slightly going outside in afternoon causes sweating to me
    Would staying in fan only than in Ac adapt my body to not sweat in normal temp.??

      Exactly ..for regular ppl who want to build maximum muscle mass & strength naturally, everybody with enough years of hard training, dieting & enough sleep can have above average body no doubt but we can't compare it with professional athletes as that would be dumb.
