I've read on Reddit that the 'Bleu Electrique' is a fresher & longer lasting flanker, but i have yet to find out for myself..

It did, people who have the vintages don't suffer from that issue.
Haven't watched this video fully yet, but i remember they had to change the formula of this perfume due to legality of some of the ingredients.

@@SalemPhiladelphia It’s because of EU ban on oak moss. Original formulations of this had oak moss in them, but when it got removed, it’s performance worsened due to oak moss ability to give strength to a fragrance

This is my "on the road" scent. As much as I love it, it simply turns to a skin scent almost immediately on me. Wish the concentration was stronger.
Blue electrique kinda fixes it but if you are interested in an inspired by that has double the perfromance try jack of clubs.

Dua has a very strong version called Midnight Rendezvous.
Lasts waaay too little, but it's a masterpiece

Unfortunately the EDP and Parfum versions smell quite a bit differently. It looses that smooth, tea-like cardamom facet
Women always been into what meant to be for men. This doesn't mean that men fragrances are unisex. And I really dislike when a woman smell kinda masculine. I like the woman being feminine and lovely. Otherwise I could cuddle with my mates 😄😄😄
It's just like... These days women are pushed to believe that they have to prove something. And... I am a bit worried about the traditional femininity. Most of the women these days want to prove something that nobody required. It's I guess the wrong signal that they get from celebrities and all this new wave of ideology of braking the genders which in a normal society I don't think is doing us (as humans) a favour.

2009 formulation was the best, later on they have started to rebuild and deloute it duo to EU ban on couple of substances.

That's exactly what I noticed to, there's friends of mine wearing JPG line and the only people who likes it are gay guys, I wear Libre and Angel and girls love It. Also have sauvage and nobody ever told me nothing
@@diegoe751 There’s definitely women who like smelling something feminine-leaning that they themselves would wear.. because it simply smells good to them. But there’s also women who love masculine scents like Aventus and Sauvage DNA.
Children on the spectrum tend to have a better connection with animals than neurotypical people. I'm an adult with high functioning autism. My family have always have dogs. I find animals so much easier than people.

My favorite designer of all time. Shame that newer batches are watered down. My 2017 and 2018 bottles are incredible and last all night.

Hey Aaron , have you tried La Nuit de l'Homme bleu electrique flanker? I think it is the best in the la nuit del homme line, but it got discontinued.

Great review! You should review La nuit d lhomme le parfum. Its darker and less sweet, personally my favorite from the whole line. Underated gem and had better performance too.
I know this isn't related to the fragrance but hearing about your retirement dreams speaks to your good character. I can tell from this glimpse that you are an incredible person

aaron, love your content indeed. but come on sir, la nuit de lhomme on a woman? I would say this one is by far the most masculine fragrance I've ever worn in my 20 year fragrance experience. Ladies drippin wet, panties dropping, the ultimate male date fragrance imho : ) If I ever happened to smell this on a lady, would run immediately.
I don't get why people say this doesn't last, it does a solid winter fragrance 8-10 hours easily on me, if I put it on for a date it's definitely still there by the time the date is over
This is one of them scents that I used to love , but like 90% of designer fragrances, has been watered down to be nothing like the original. Putty these fragrance houses don’t water the price down with it.

One of my favorite designer fragrances.. Always have it on the shelf, can't really go wrong with this one in the evening. Very safe and mass appealing
I had noticed this before in other videos and I need to mention it. I think you say "ELOQUENT" when you actually mean "ELEGANT". Eloquent means fluent, well-spoken, articulate; whereas elegant means classy and refined.

No but Aaron has mentioned he’s dyslexic but also seems curious and willing to learn. I don’t think it’s meant to be offensive.
If you want to boost this scent then apply the deodorant on like a roll on. Then spray on top. You can also use the gel body wash to help too.
When I was on a train a woman next to me said " You smell so good"
This was the 2011 formulation.
Alternatively, you could go with Midnight Rendezvous by DUA . That is supposed to be the original La Nuit de L'homme. Quite good.

I'm of the conclusion that anything created by YSL is a winner. I have l'Homme and La Nuet De l'Homme, both amazing scents.

Yeh, Jodie Marsh. Her media persona was "demented raging sloot". But I saw her on an episode of come dine with me, out of character, and she was a sweet, thoughtful hostess and a lady. A woman who has really designed her own life.

Hi Aaron, I would love for you to do a review of Givenchy Very Irresistible Man. It's discontinued but hearing a perfumers take on it would be fantastic, maybe your own iteration in the future possibly? Not too many fragrances smell like it. Gourmand, hazelnut, mint, chocolate vibe. Let me know if you'd like a 10ml sample, I can get one to you via post.
This fragrance gets me compliments from people who never complimented anything else. Especially from women, they love this stuff. Spray 9-12 times and you’ll get the performance you want. I imagine layering this with ATH carbon would also work great.

I just got one this past Sunday 23 June 2024.

The smell is amazing but lasting power not that good.

I got the bleu electrique one because I couldn't find the original. It smells really nice still but the longevity for me is around 3-4 hours then there is no sillage, so it kinda makes it just a personal scent, which is okay for me, but I would have wanted it to last a bit longer.
Talk about coincidence 😊 I'm wearing this beauty today. I have around 30ish fragrances in my collection but this is definitely the one I bought the most times, am probably on my 5th bottle or so.
If Aaron could make the 2009/2010 batches with his own spin on it, it would sell like wildfire

Hello. We will restock Maxaroma with a Tonne this year (We hope September) and then we will be fully restocked September. 2025 we will open ATHUS and always have stock available. We are also looking at the EU. But don't hold out hope as there are so many barriers to the UK doing buisness in the EU. The growth caught me off guard and I didn't order in time. I hope this doesn't happen again. ATH

Gathering dust on my shelf for 5 years. Lasts about 20 mins. Longevity became a key criteria for me after this bottle of sub-par disappointment.

Normally I always order a sample first, but after your review of "Kajal" I bought it blindly. Exactly as youi decribed it, it is wonderfull. Keep up the good work Aaron! Le Nuit de L' homme I own for a longer time. I like it, it's more for the evneing indeed.
The le parfum flakes bottle is all black. I find it more nice than this one. Worth checking out!

This one is one of my all time favourites. I'm wearing it right now. I haven't worn it since winter but it caught my eye today and I thought I'd wear it for a change. It's not as radiant as I'd like. More of an up close personal fragrance but it is so lovely. I absolutely love it!
It's a classic, but has been sadly watered down. I hope you compare to Blue Electrique.
