    devre lineer çalıştığı için ısı kaybından dolayı verimi düşük ama basit bir devre ayrıca soğutucuya bağlantı şekli yanlış. tam ters yönde takılması lazım bu şekilde yeterli soğutma yapamaz

    Estimado colega, probé su idea y efectivamente si provoca variaciones en el voltaje, pero,no sirve para cargas como las de un pequeño motor de un taladro de muy baja potencia.

    LM 338 обладает рядом недостатков. Это линейный стабилизатор и поэтому несмотря на то что в его характеристиках говориться о том что он выдерживает 5 ампер, на самом деле 5 ампер он сможет выдержать только при очень маленьком напряжении и очень короткое время. Второй недостаток это падение напряжения которое достигает 1.5 вольт. Лучше использовать микросхему 4016, она показывает гораздо лучшие характеристики. Падение напряжения на 4016 0,5 вольт. Ток она выдерживает до 9 ампер.

    If the voltage is 35 v current 5amp
    then the wattage would be 35× 5
    = 175 watts ,which will not sustainable by a single transistor.
    The produced heat will be 235 degree
    Celcius. The transistor might be burnout .

      smps olmadan prıfesyonellik olmaz. Regüle edilecek voltajı entegre üzerinde harcamak cok yanlış ve amatör bir yaklaşımdır.

    When this type of circuits are presented, even for entertainment or hobies, the schematic or conventional diagram should start with the presentation. Without it for me and I think for many others, it loses interest. I appreciate the author's consideration, which would be an act of courtesy.

    This solution of mounting LM338 to the radiator on inverse position is very stupid. Look to the datasheet about construction mechanical of this element.
