Driving The Mercedes EQS SUV For The First Time, No Instructions

The opportunity to drive the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV popped up, so I jumped in and tried to figure out how to drive it an hour or so away.
This is basically a test of how intuitive the vehicle is to operate on a basic level (but with navigation).
