Some of these are so bad for your joints, bones and tendons. I'm gonna need Noel to emphasise the importance of form. He's the father of the fitness community. I did gymnastics and that, combined with shoulder bags, gave me a deviated spine. The spine is very delicate and doing excersises that put shock and assymetrical pressure on it will increase the risks of it deviating or a disc slipping. There is also a reason strongmen and heavy weight lifters tend to wear braces around the midrif. It's to protect the spine.

It looked like he was gonna rip his shoulder out of socket doing that dumb shit 😭 Our bodies are not built to lift heavy things like that.
